Great greens - good fairways- red tees and white tees. It was an enjoyable course - friendly staff.

Nice and cheap. It is always cart path only, which doesn't make sense. A great place to get 9 in quick.

Associate and Junior Associate (34 and under, for a cheaper rate) includes unlimited golf/fitness center for the HOUSEHOLD and free cart rental for the primary member. Plus there are a number of events throughout the year that guests are welcome to join. Golf: This is an interesting course to play. But one thing's for sure. Every hole is very well maintained from tee to green. The greens are in excellent shape. This isn't like some public courses with crabgrass and dirt patches in the fairway. They take care of this place. Non-members can accompany members at a $50 rate. There are two completely separate nines, which are nothing like one another, which is kind of cool. The front 9 was built in 1927. At first glance it's not much to look at. Pretty straightforward. Some holes butt up against South Thompson, so there's a bit of traffic noise. There is a small "creek" that cuts across 4-5 holes and is in a tough spot in places. You definitely have to think about club selection as a result. The front plays longer than it looks because just about every green is elevated. It's relentless. Some of the greens are also sloped, which makes for challenging putting. The back nine was built in 1995, and is a completely different experience. Lots of hilly terrain, moguls in the fairways, a few elevated tee boxes, and 2 large water hazards that come into play on 2 holes. Visually it's a gem, compared to the front 9, and it actually plays a little easier. I've walked the course and the back is tough, due to it's terrain...but do-able. Pro Shop: Small-ish, compared to some other pro shops I've been in, but pretty nice. As you'd expect there are no bargains to be found here. They do have demo days, which sound cool, but I have not yet attended. Bar & Grill: The food here is really good. It's definitely higher quality - albeit a little pricier - than most of what you get in the immediate area. But totally worth it. They have great specials, and a Sunday brunch with some very good options. The servers are super friendly. They remember you and greet you with a smile. Sometimes they have to run back and ask questions about the menu (which isn't THAT big), but they check on you a few times throughout your meal and make sure everything is good. The bar has an adequate selection, but I'd like to see some more choices particularly in the draft beer category. Great place to unwind after a round, or stop by with the family for a meal. There is currently a $150 minimum per quarter. Fitness Center: A fairly decent array of treadmills and ellipticals that face 3 small flat screen TVs. There is a set of dumbbells and two benches, and a bunch of machines. It's generally not crowded at all, so you have access to everything and can definitely get in a good cardio workout and/or work out all muscles groups with weights. 24/7 access for members. Pool: Members also have access to a large swimming pool, and a smaller walk-in pool for young kids. As of now they aren't open for the season yet, but I will update. Poker Room: 2 large, official sized poker tables. They have poker nights and members have access to the room 24/7 for card playing. Overall the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the facilities are very nice and for the price - membership is well worth it.
