What really stood out was how much they seemed to genuinely care about helping customers. I must have been asked at least five different times if I needed help finding anything or had any questions. He highly recommended them and told us he buys all his fishing gear from them. A day later we were at LKO picking out all sorts of neat clothing for fishing and generally hanging out. Love the fit, finish, design, etc. I have two pairs of shorts and a pair of warm fishing pants with lots of pockets... The mark of a good business is always how well they deal with problems. The zipper on the pants failed. I just called and they simply asked for my name and address, etc. and are mailing a new pair to me with no questions asked. That definitely puts them in with some of the best. Great gear. Definitely a place you should visit even if you don't fish... but especially of you do.
