Great Sign-Up, but Billing and Collections Nightmare…read more I joined Snap Fitness Tarrytown in ENDING of December 2024. Eric the owner was great, so I gave it a chance--even though coworkers and others warned me about billing problems and said the gym "seemed off." I stopped attending due to a high-risk pregnancy and informed them my card was stolen (replaced via Chase). Somehow, they still charged my account, likely using old routing info. When I tried to check my account, pay balances, and reactivate, I got vague, dismissive, and rude responses like: "Your account was sent to collections in February for non-payment." "We sent many emails...no record of your card being compromised." They ignored my questions about charges in June and July 2025 after being told my account was sent to collections in February of 2025, account history, collection details, and even who I was even speaking to once I asked for a name they stopped responding. Eventually, they gave the collection agency info--but even the agency was confused why I was being charged nearly $400 when my monthly membership was ~$40, especially if it supposedly went to collections after two months. Snap Fitness' billing and customer service are unprofessional, evasive, and frustrating. If you join, get everything in writing and watch your statements carefully!!

I just graduated from school then, with a body burnt out by the heavy school workload and a super messed up diet. I wanted to switch to a better lifestyle with efficient workout routines and healthy diet. Gabby setup a three workouts per week schedule with me. We discussed my fitness goal beforehand so that she could design the most efficient workout routine for me. Her training plans for me mostly utilized self-weight, which is very beginner-friendly. They are balanced workouts of strength and cardio so that I could maintain my muscle mass while losing the body fat/increasing my metabolism. The staff is very friendly and motivating and the new facility they are at is very upscale. The size of the groups range from 4 to 8 and they require you to register one day in advance to ensure the classes do not get larger. Unlike some other boot-camps that require you to workout on street payment or at a park with wet grass, this facility has an artificial football field turf indoors. It's very soft on your feet, ankles, knees, legs - your entire body! They have plenty of medicine balls, stability balls, weights, excise mats, etc. As far as pricing, they are priced the same as other boot-camps. If you have kids, they have separate fitness classes available (you can even watch your kids through a large window to monitor them if needed). If you can afford it, you won't be disappointed by the results if you push yourself! Happy exercising!

Not here!!! I got a great pitch, billed my credit card, and its been impossible to get in to see the usual trainer that was initially provided.
