Whereas only one electrician was needed they sent two and charged me for two - guess I got to pay for the one guy's training. On the invoice they claimed to have worked three hours, but by my watch it was barely two - guess I also paid for their time to drive across town to pick up a replacement circuit breaker. To top it all off 10 days later it rained, and water got into the circuit panel again and burnt out the replacement, 10-day old circuit breaker. When I called them to request that they fix the situation I was informed, "This is not a warranty issue".

While doing the work he found some massive problems with our main electrical panel (double-tapped breakers). I'm sure they weren't planning on an all-day job but that's what we ended up with! Bottom line is we now have a MUCH safer power situation. Crew was great and the cost was reasonable. I've recommended Woodson's Electric to friends. He arrived at 2 :09 pm and left about 5:40. $800 seems a little too much. I figured it would be like $400-$550 TOPS. I WAS SHOCKED ! What's done is done of course but I won't be calling him back. Also, his helper stunk to high heaven. Holy hell! I could smell him an hour after he left. We just feel gouged. He told me his previous job cancelled so maybe I was the one to make up for that. I purchased a new HVAC system in 2020. I 2021 I started having some issues. I called a local…read moreservice because: 1) I sent emails, left multiple voice mails and text messages, only to NEVER to hear back from the Callison's. I spent nearly 12g on my system. 2) I brought in a local company who mentioned the following: a) my system was too big for my ductwork (I live in a 60 yr old home) b) my system Gas furnace backup with a heat pump primary was sold to me so that the heat pump would run more and then have the furnace as a back up for severe cold. The system was set up backwards, so the furnace is the primary source of heat. This costs more, as it is a propane furnace. c) the "board" isn't set up right, and the thermostat is the incorrect size to run the board. Very frustrating! sort of feel like I was sold a used car and cannot get maintenance from the selling dealer.
