He and another in his crew showed up on time and it was fun to watch as he climbed up and used pulleys on the branches, while his teammate "cleaned" as branches dropped straight down. We thought we would end up with an ugly chainlink fence. But Marcelino, the owner of PG Landscape, built us a strong metal wire fence with a beautiful wood frame that met all our needs PERFECTLY! He helped us create a plan to accommodate all our needs, then built a fence that had to go up and down hills and through the woods in places. It is both a strong, utilitarian animal fence and a beautiful, see-through fence that maintains all our views, and enhances our property. Marcelino and his crew are perfectionists with the most amazing work ethic! They triply measured and checked everything. We've never seen a crew work as hard or as carefully as this one. Marcelino was in charge of every detail, and his team exuded pride in their workmanship. 100% recommendation!

Not good to say the least! Prior to their arrival, the…read moreowner phoned to discuss the job and explicitly stated they would set plywood down on the lawn to drive upon in order to reach the trees they were trimming so the truck would not damage the lawn. He said that this was to protect my lawn. They arrived and did not put down any plywood and made deep, long ruts across my front lawn. The owner, Jeff, came by during the job expressing concern about the guys decision to forgo the plywood and stated that he was hopeful that my lawn would 'bounce back'. It didn't. The grass died and the ruts are deep. A few weeks later I called him to discuss the damage and he said he would fix it. That he had a machine for fixing this issue. He showed up with a pitchfork and plumped up the ruts. He told me to call him again if that didn't fix the issue. It did not fix the damage. The ruts remained and the grass was dead so I called again to explain the the damage to my front lawn was still in need of repair. A few days later his wife showed up at my house with a wheelbarrow and rake, and stated that it was my fault for letting the guys park there. She added that, at the time of the job I didn't seem worried about it. I told her that I wasn't worried, because her husband, Jeff who is the owner of Lombardi Tree Services had acknowledged the lawn damage in person that day and said that he would fix it! They never fixed my lawn. I paid $1700 to have them trim some trees and ruin my front lawn. Obviously, I should not have paid my bill until they had fixed my lawn, but to be clear, I never thought he was going to pull a stunt like this. Horrible experience for me and I would not recommend using Lombardi Tree Services ever as their customer service is horrible and they have left me lawn severely damage's.
