Eric was fantastic and they did a fabulous job. The inspection was detailed and professional. Expertly done including some incredible photos with precise and intricate notations of what needed to be fixed. He even went one step beyond by recommending a pest control inspector and then...he even went and called them for me to set up an appointment to coinicide with the time that he would be there. Thank you!!!!! The only negative I can say, and this should not influence your decision to hire this company, is I received a phone call at 1030pm the night before the inspection from some woman demanding payment. I was quite taken aback for the inconvenience of calling someone's home that late when they work the following morning. I don't know about most people but I thought it was very rude that I was disturbed at that time of the evening. This could have been resolved in the AM. This is my first time buying a house. The new home is 1.5 hrs. ride from the old one. This left me in a pinch. No one I knew had used an inspector in a while. In a way, I was up a creek without a paddle. So, I searched and called people. I found one that could do every inspection I needed. That did not give me a warm feeling. He just subbed everything out. I was very happy with the friendly yet professional service that Brucker Home Inspection provided me. Mr and Mrs. Brucker went over and above to help me coordinate the home inspection with the other local termite & WDO inspection. I am and out of town resident and needed assistance finding a qualified termite inspection, and they were most helpful.
