****Ethical, honest and Trustworthy!!! I know this is an important feature for many at car places. Dennis and Jerry are the most amazing people to work with. They always go over above and beyond, prices are very good. Because I have had such great experiences (trustworthy) ,despite living 2 hours away, I would commute to have my maintenance done. They been in business for years and have a great following. Lots of the customers are older and probably don't use YELP otherwise there would be more 5 stars:) read more

They do a good job for a great price quickly. I've always had good service and polite and helpful workers.

while sitting in waiting room owner and sales guy went on and on about deporting Hispanics...the man in the waiting room next to me was Hispanic. He looked uncomfortable. shortly after, a Mexican guy in a truck drove into their parking lot. the owner stuck his head out and asked clerk if driver was "Hispanic or white?" "Hispanic" owner looks into waiting room, "I'll tell you later" as he looks directly at Mexican dude in waiting room. aside from the weird xenophobic vibes don't have anything positive say--oh the owner kept whining about his junkie kid always asking for money read more

Such great service! Dennis and Jerry were so friendly and helpful. I found the pricing for my tires and alignment to be very fair and competitive. They were quick with getting my car in and out in a reasonable time. Dennis was even kind enough to drop me off somewhere to shop while they had my car. And he picked me up after! I'm very pleased and highly recommend Bruce's Tires. read more

Same man that helped me before ....we are too busy come back in 3 days. not to worry you will never get my business again. read more

Great knowledge and super fast service. Needed alignment and two new front tires on my RV. Had the job done before 10 am. Comparable prices for name brand tires. Nice job Dennis and Jerry, and thank you to all the crew at Bruce's Tires. read more

Great Response time and very honest. I had replaced an ignition switch five years ago at a different location/business. I wouldn't have known that it was still under warranty had they not been honest about it. Service was quick and easy and I would recommend Bruce's Tires for quality and value. read more

These guys bailed me out when one of my tires picked up a big wood screw on my way south to San Jose. My new Subie has tire pressure warning and about 6 miles north of Lodi it suddenly notified me that my left rear tire only had 20 psi. I pulled off 99 as soon as I hit civilization and immediately (lucky me) found two tire places. The first (Lodi Tire) called attention to the screw sticking out of my sidewall but did not have my tire in stock. They were really nice and suggested trying Bruce's Tires across the street so I headed over there. They didn't have one in stock either, but called around (including to the closest Subaru dealer) and let me know the fastest they could get my tire was the next morning from their supplier in Hayward. I aborted my trip and hubby came to pick me up. At 8:03 the next morning I got a call that the tire had already been delivered and installed! (They don't officially open until 8). Long-winded story but I'm grateful my tire problem happened near Lodi and not on the Altamont. Received great service from owner Dennis and from Jerry. Lots of good conversation and efficient service. If you need tires and are anywhere near Lodi you can't go wrong with this business. read more

Best place for tires in Lodi! Awesome prices!! Excellent customer service! In and out in no time at all! Definitely a long time client and will remain one!! This is my fourth set of tires and everyone has been the best. Thankyou !!! read more

My son had a flat tire on his lifted truck. Yes, he has special tires, but no one wanted 2 sell us just 1 tire, not even 2. The places we called said he had 2 buy 4, and it would take 3-4 weeks to get them, and cost over $2500. We don't have that kind of money. A friend told us about Bruce's tires. Omg!!! What a fantastic place. So helpful, friendly and kind!!! They ordered us 2 and had them in 2 days. The price was even better. U have a customer for life!!! read more

Hands down best tire place in Lodi. I've had a number of cars serviced at Bruce's over the past 20 years...excellent quality of service, friendly customer service, honest, clean shop, nice waiting room (kid friendly) and reasonable service pricing. read more

Dennis and Kim always takes care of me. Good customer service and great prices. They will work you in even when they are busy.

We were referred here by a family member (also in the tire business in another city) who knows the owner and highly respects him. We went in with high expectations because of it, but were not disappointed. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and went far above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This will be the first place we go now in the future if we are unable to get to our family's shop. Highly recommended! read more

Been going here for years, even when they were Big O. Same owners. Every single business should treat customers like they do. read more

An all-around fantastic experience. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond in researching/troubleshooting my suspension issue and the truth is he's just a really cool guy to talk to. He shared some great insight with me, which I really appreciated. I just had some minor work done (a wheel replacement/mount/balance), and the cost was extremely reasonable. I'll definitely be back! read more

Just had a set of tires put on my work truck from these guys. It was my first time using them personally. I was recommended by a friend and boy was he right. Service was great. Employees were very professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair and on point. The shop is older and a little dated but I'm ok with that. In fact sometimes I prefer that. These guys and gals have a loyal customer from this point on. Thanks guys! 2017 Chevy Silverado z71. (4) hurricane a/t tires and an alignment job. read more

BEST TIRE STORE IN LODI. I have been using these guys for 30+ years. Sure now and again I am lured by a sale price at discount store, but they either don't have my size or they are a pain to deal with. I keep going back to Bruce's because they are flat out the best for knowledge, service, and price. Long time Lodi guys too. read more

I want to compliment the staff at Bruce's tires gmfor their outstanding customer service. I had my front brakes fixed and four new tires put in my Rav 4. Fast friend service! Thanks guys! read more

Best place in town. They offer the best prices with quality work and excellent customer service. I moved out of town a year ago and I still drive to Lodi when I need new tires. I wouldn't go anywhere else :) read more

These guys are great. I've had to use them a couple of times for tire replacement. They've come out to where I've been and changed it on the spot. The other time they came out, changed out to my spare and followed me back to the shop so they could replace my tire. They're always quick and cost efficient. read more

I wish I could give them more stars. I was 5 hrs into a 6 hr road trip on a Saturday when my front axle broke. The owner arranged for a cheap tow, pushed all his appts to get me in and charged $100 less than what my local guy would have. I was a perfect customer to take advantage of, instead, they used my circumstance as a way to show how kind the people of Lodi are. Incredible! read more

I've been coming here for more than 6 years now and they have never let me down. They have reasonable prices and do great work. Whenever I take my car in I know I won't have to worry about my tires (until it's time for a new one of course). And when I need smaller things like a patch or a rotation it's always quick and easily done! Great customer service! read more

Great service, the best prices, but most of all trustworthy and honest advice. Dennis and staff are the best in town. Life long Lodians know this is the only place to take your car. read more

Bruce's is the best for good prices, stellar work and amazing customer service! They have always taken great care of our cars/tires, but this weekend Dennis went above and beyond for us. We called with a question about what our daughter was being told at a tire shop in Denver. He got on the phone, called a tire shop in Denver and told them what she needed, asked them to order the tire and make an appointment to install it ASAP. Ended up saving her about $625 dollars!! You cannot go wrong at this tire store!! read more

My husband has been a patron for many years. He trusts there knowledge, friendly manner and professionalism. He buys all our tires from them and we also get our oil changed there too. They check the fluid levels, tire pressure with each oil change. When we have the tires rotated they check our brake pads and keeps informed on them as well as how our tires are wearing. We will keep on doing business with this trusted tire business. read more

I have had my car serviced at Bruce's shop ever since I could drive. This is the only shop in town, which I can honestly say I 100% trust to be working on my car. Each time I bring my car in to the shop for service, I get exactly what I need without any headache. The customer service is here is UNBEATABLE. Not to mention, incredibly reasonable prices. Dennis (the owner) and his staff, are extremely knowledgeable and always looking to go the extra mile. Time and time again they exceeded my expectations and made a satisfied customer out of me. These are the pros. Highly recommend!! read more

Bruce's offers the best customer service in town! We have taken all of our cars here for years. Just this past weekend, I was in Monterey and got a flat tire. Actually, my tire was damaged - and I needed one new tire. I called Dennis, and he called around to several tire stores in the Carmel/Monterey area and he found me the exact tire to match my others. Within 2 hours - I had a new tire installed and ready to go! Amazing! read more

Absolutely amazing service at great prices. This is one of the very few shops that I can completely trust. After having a local "In-a-hurry" lube place make serious mistakes on several of my cars, I was pleased to find a shop that took time and care. I take all my vehicles to them for oil changes, tires, rotate, balance, and any suspension work. They have never let me down! I give them my strongest recommendation. read more

After calling around other tire shops in Lodi I decided to go to Bruce's Tires to get my tires balanced. I needed four 15 inch tires balanced that were already off my little Toyota and in the back of a truck. According to the internet, and yelp, Bruce's Tires closes at 5:30. I showed up there at 4:40 asking for them to balance them and the guy told me 'they couldn't balance them today because they were closing soon.' When I asked them 'Don't you close at 5:30?', the guy claimed they close at 5 and they were already closing up the shop. I understand if I went in there asking for something complicating, but it doesn't take long to balance four tires that are not even on a car. The guy, very rudely and obviously uninterested in a sale, said 'I mean I guess I could hurry and do them real quick' but I couldn't believe the horrible customer service I had witnessed and just couldn't fathom giving them my business. I went down the street to A1 Quality Tires and they kindly balanced my tires in LESS THEN 10 MINUTES FOR HALF THE PRICE. Bruce's employees need to go over there and take a class on proper customer service. read more
