The team at this store are professional and are like the NASCAR pit crews, I had them air up my 2007 Vette and rotate my tires. It's funny, this was a 5 star review in my head as I came in for a balance issue. Long story short I brought them rims and tires for my Mercedes c63s. They knew the vehicle and mounted and balanced the tires. Within days they seemed out of balance. I asked if I could come in to have all the tires rebalanced. They said yes. I came in and left the car with them to go get food. He called me 15 minutes later and said they couldn't touch them because the load rating with that size tire, specifically the sidewall, was wrong for that car and said they would refund me for the original service. Long story short, Joshua was rude and didn't know what he was talking about. I tried asking the right questions to get answers and he was clearly frustrated and couldn't tell me why or what rating in a clear way. Kyle initially helped me and seemed like he also shouldn't be in customer service either. I worked in this industry for 6 years and I know what the issue is but this experience and the way he spoke to me is enough for me to never use America's tire again. Oh, almost forgot, I only got $44 of my original $100 back and he couldn't even clearly explain that to me. read more

My son came here after he split his tire. They sold him 2 new tires and an alignment. Driving home his ABS light, Traction Control and brake lights came on and speedometer stopped working. Had them recheck it, told us nothing they did and have to take it to a shop. Got a call from the shop. When America's tire put on the new tires they put them on the back and moved one of the back tires to the front. Well turns out now the front passenger tire is a diff size from the front driver tire which is the root cause of the issue. Feels like that is something they should know to check/verify before moving tores around. Car was purchased used and America's replaced 1 front tire and 1 rear tire, so assuming previous owner must have replaced 2 tires at some point with a diff size but because they were on the same end of the car the sensor didnt trip. read more

I had my tires rotated at American Tire in Lodi on Lower Sacramento Rd. The workers were singing, which is fine, but yelling and cussing at each other, which seem very inappropriate to me, because it was done in the customers veiw and ear shot. I just thought ,"Boy Things have changed" Then n when I brought my car in to have wheels removed the back tires were stuck. Apparently American tire had used the air gun to tighten the wheels all the way and cross threaded the wheels. When I went back to tell them about this, they refused to believe it could have been them. I'm very disappointed in this shop and will be going elsewhere for tires in the future. Recently got 3 sets of tires from American tires. 1 set for a rav4 Yokohama's one set for a tundra coopers, and one set for a Tacoma nitto.. I recommend American tires. I am so pleased that this tire shop opened up. It was only their second or third day open so I was thrilled to be one of their first customers getting my tires rotated. I was immediately greeted outside by a very friendly team member with a big smile and a hello. Great way to start! Inside there were plenty of places to sit and a spacious and welcoming waiting area. In the back there were restrooms off to the right and a small frig where they offer cold, bottled water for customers. I noticed there were more kiosks for the employees to check in the customers than the Stockton location. It is an island of computers which prevents a long line from forming. Great idea! I appreciated that they were done with my car in less than half an hour and the managers and guys working on my car were all getting it done as a team. Everyone appeared to work well together and was busy. They even fixed my wiper blades that were on the wrong way! They now offer a text message sent to your phone which alerts you when your car is ready to be picked up. That's another new, great communication tool for the customer! Greeted with a smile and acknowledgement upon arrival, courteous, fast and professional service is more than I expected today. I most definitely will be back with my two other cars to get new tires and service here. We need more new businesses that operate like this in our town! Welcome! read more

I've bought a few sets of tires from the Lodi, CA America's Tire location, and have had a great experience each time. I always get the insurance on the tires I purchase, and the service I receive when addressing warranty covered issues is always top notch. The most recent trip in went a little longer than expected, but the service tech's communicated with me that they were running a bit behind, and went above and beyond to see to it that I was taken care of. We drove up to the Lodi American Tire Store for their free air service and Matthew suggested we get our tires checked which it turned out to have a rather large nail in one tire that had been leaking air for awhile. They very quickly repaired the tire and even offered to rotate them! Albert oversaw the procedure and was very friendly and efficient. It took only about 15 minutes and it was done!! Just wanted to give a shoutout to this business. Got new tires installed here today & they came out great. One thing I love about America's Tire is that I recently found out is that you can custom order your favorite tires & have them shipped to whatever America's Tire store and they crew gets them installed instantly for you. This is a new location and I love their service here. None other like them. When I first pulled up I was helped by Tomas who helped checked in my car for service. He was very professional about the quality of service my car was going to need as well as answering additional questions I had. Then after my car was checked in I was helped by Thomas & Emilio getting upfront. Their crew at America's Tire is very customer orientated and willing to help. Also, as mentioned previously the service is quality in an effiecient manner. I really thought it would take closer to an hour to put on my new tires but they were done well before that easily lol. I have been a customer at America's Tires for around 30 plus years. Yesterday I had 4 new tires ,a new " donut " spare, 3 windshield wipers installed. I had spoken to Joshua a couple of days ago for info so that when I did come in everything would go smoothly. Seems like every time I go in there they try to up sell me immediately. A lot of the people are really friendly there was one guy that was just very gruff and not too friendly. Unfortunately he works the counter. They didn't install the tire I bought inside out. And I had to go back to get it done but they did the flip quickly with no problems. read more

I showed up on a busy morning. My account was charged overnight and I was not able to pay for the tire installation. As I was heading out, the manager came by to give me my tires. It would have ended there had he not gone above and beyond. He asked me if he could install them or if he could help. I let him know my situation and the lack of funds and he was able to get them installed and I had enough time to get some money together. Completely changed the outlook of my day. Walk-ins on the weekend are a bear and America's tire is usually very accommodating but it is no exception. Expect to wait a couple of hours. Totally understandable, we're all trying to get our cars done on the weekend. My suggestion is make an online appt. The wait times that you are given are optimistic at best. read more

While having to return a second time is never a pleasant experience for any customer, we could not begin to express what a fantastic job Matthew did. It is rare when someone takes ownership of a mistake, calls us to let us know of the mistake, and then prioritizes setting it right with us as the customer. I've been coming to this particular location for over 5 years and would highly recommend this particular location and business in general. I always get the tire insurance and have used it (unfortunately) more times than I would like to admit due to all the nails I get. The staff - especially Cameron - are friendly and work as fast as they safely can. They are swamped with business at certain hours so be prepared by making an appointment of arriving early (before 9am, otherwise count on a 1.5 - 2 hour wait). My tire had a slow leak and I wasn't sure if I would need a new one but had to trust the company not to 'just sell me a tire'. They found a nail in my tire and did repair at no charge! Great customer service and Tim was exceptional. They filled all my tires up and cleaned the outside of all the tires and checked tread on all of them as well. Very trustworthy and I will be back when I need tire replacements. Tim even checked my wipers! read more

I went in on Saturday 10/1 with a leaky tire. They were in such a hurry to close at 1:00 they throw my equipment back in my van on top of each other and didn't put jack storage back together. None of this is a huge deal but if you're closing at 1:00 your business hours should say that not 5:00. I would not have even went in at 12:35 had I known. read more

This place is a rip off. Came in with a flat tire caused by a nail. One of the employees calls back 30 minutes later to say you need a new tire there's a big cut in the sidewall. There was no cut in the sidewall when I removed it. I would have seen the big ass cut. They cut the tire because they didn't want to plug it for free.
