I had an original new patient appointment set for the end of July and she worked with my schedule to get me in a month sooner. (Note: Ask about the cancellation list if you have a flexible schedule or some upcoming off days) Very sweet and professional both on the phone and in person. Heidi was my hygienist and she was so nice and gentle. She walked me through everything, made sure I was kept comfortable and showed me how to use the massaging chair and tv. I felt not pain or discomfort during my cleaning. Dr. Marshall was also super friendly and a genuinely nice man. They have taken such great care to alleviate the pain he was in and create a care plan to help improve both of our oral health. The office is extremely busy and popular; - Late, last week, I was initially given an appointment by the Lead Receptionist - "Luz" for Late June 2023; - My schedule is tricky - so this was the best that they could do - I can only do Wednesday Afternoons; - "Luz" promised me that she would keep an eye out for any cancelations; - I honestly didn't believe her! Yesterday evening, my luck - I got a call from "Luz" with a last-minute cancelation - Yes! - My lucky day! Office is very easy to navigate to and has plenty of parking available for patients. I cracked my wisdom tooth, and was having excruciating pain. They were able to get me in 3 days later (my choice because of work), although they were available to get me in the day after I called. I had Dr. Sahil Vasa, and omg what a great and calming experience. I've never had a tooth pulled, so I was VERY anxious, scared, and crying. He came in, very calm, and talked me through the whole experience. I had questions that he answered calmly & thoroughly. I made a good choice coming here, and definitely lucked out getting him as a dentist. His assistant, Kentral, was just as calming & welcoming. She talked to me the whole time, and took my mind off the tooth pulling. When I was finished, all the ladies in the office were so kind helping me check out.
