Even though I ate the hot dogs the day after, they were still great and my entire family can attest to that. We can't imagine how good it would be if we ate it fresh. Ruiz hot dog is a little shack trailer sitting on the corner, it's not the safest of areas but tbh, if you're not getting your Sonoran hot dogs from the side of the road, you're not getting good hot dogs haha. You can walk up and order at the window, let them know if there's anything you don't like, go sit down and they'll bring your food out to you. Everyone there was extremely nice, they speak English too! There's a hand sink to wash your hands if they get dirty. I love that they have this and it's super thoughtful. To the right of the hand sink are a bunch of coolers where you can take drinks and go up to the counter to pay and they'll help open the bottles for you. Each table has a napkin box. They also have an ice chest next to the utensils and to-go sauce containers that have green sauce, green salsa, and cheese for your liking. The hot dogs are $4 ea and they take card now but with a credit card fee. There's plenty of parking on the rock/dirt lot it sits on. Can't wait to come back to Tucson and eat!

Unfortunately, the crispy rice and sugar combo was just nooooot the right move. The flavor was decent, but it was so difficult to drink because it was just thick and gooey. It was genuinely horrendous. Worse yet, the boba was wrong! The tapioca pearls weren't sweet and chewy; instead, they were cakey and broke in one bite! No chew, no flavor, then combine it with the gooey, pudding-like taro "milk tea" makes for the worst boba drink ever. Overall, I can't write off Two Hands because I KNOW that their other corn dogs are good, but DO NOT waste your money on a boba. Just hop across the street for Ni Hao Tea.

The flavor was unique, slightly sweet and slightly savory. It did not have a huge amount of flavor which made it pair really well with the delicious tangy ranch. The breading for the this was flour so the texture is softer. The mozzarella was interesting and there was a lot of it. Both dogs were huge. I'd say 2 is a good amount for dinner and it came out to $11. I would come back! I think it's an interesting and fun concept that is executed well. I'd probably get this same exact order again.

I realized I best check on our orders- they were sitting on counter - I said excuse me to manager who was filing the orders - and said are these mine? He checked re riots and said yes- Okayyyy and went to eat on patio. Just busy and not friendly like first two times when they first opened. Bummer- will not go there to sit with dogs anymore and if I'm craving hotdog- may whip through drive thru and enjoy the food without the average service.
