Between the extractions and crowns, Dr. Saoud was attentive and detail-oriented with my dental work, and the staff was kind and reassuring, which was especially helpful considering I was already skittish of dentists. When I needed dental work that the office does not provide, they connected me with providers within the same office building by directly referring me. My recovery process was harrowing, and the staff at Diamond Spring were effective and supportive throughout my months of dental work. The crowns I had done look great; I'm very pleased with the services provided by the office.

This office is more concerned with making money than the concern of their patients. Although…read moretheir website does not state emergency or Saturday hours, other info on the internet contradicts this. The reality is they only see patients during normal working hours, although I happened to call on a Tuesday for an emergency and was told no doctors were in. Dr Saoud failed to diagnose the cause of significant jaw pain I was having and dismissed my concern entirely. After seeing another dentist I was diagnosed with a severe wisdom tooth issue requiring oral surgery. They also attempt to "sell" services during your exam typically included in an exam by every other dentist I've seen. Once I questioned the receptionist about a billing issue and told her I had to go through this after every visit. She then told me I should consider going somewhere else. I went to this office because they accepted my insurance but you get what you pay for. They make up the difference by selling treatments and services that aren't necessary. There are many other qualified dentists in the area. Do yourself a favor and find one.

From routine cleanings to root canals and crowns, we have always been very satisfied with our experience. I recently experienced a dental emergency and was in tremendous pain. I returned a week later and he was able to complete the work and I left with a perfectly fitted crown. I highly recommend this extremely talented and engaging doctor and his entire staff.

I don't recall ever enjoying dental health visits, however there was a point at Denville Dental when I thought "You know, I'm kind of enjoying this." The dentist, dental hygienist, and all other staff were so upbeat, positive and friendly that I began to feel the same way. This in addition to all demonstrating a high level of skill and professionalism (I've had jobs supervising a two-year community college dental hygiene program as well as a four-year university dental hygiene program, both staffed by dental hygienists and dentists). I highly recommend Denville Dental Group

Unfortunately I had to have a root canal redone on a tooth previously performed by this dr. While…read moremy pain subsided initially, I had terrible pain months later. He would not revisit this tooth because "it's dead" and said it was the tooth in front cause the pain, which was not accurate. A second opinion confirmed it was the root canal tooth. There was root still remaining, an ill fitting crown causing poor bite, and too large post caused terrible pain. An endo and new dentist took months to be able to save my tooth from extraction and manage my pain. I normally don't share feedback but felt I needed to be honest here as the work performed was not quality, rushed and often felt my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of that, having to pay again OOP for a $1000+ procedure months later.

They guarantee certain things and they do not honor their promises or word. If your service times goes past the two years originally quoted they charge you extra and make you sign a new contract. Their practices do not seem to be honorable or honest. Certain covering dentists are extremely rough and have zero empathy when hurting a child. I am glad I have video proof of how my daughter was treated and I will be submitting the evidence to the BBB and filing a complaint. I do not recommend this place to anyone! I ended up paying much more money than originally quoted and they made certain promises of services than later backed out. Personnel is extremely hard to reach and anytime you call you have to go through their answering call center. I went to Denville location due to the good treatment my daughter received at their Hackensack location. But this location is very disappointing. Will be submitting all my evidence to BBB asap and filing a formal complaint with the dentist who treated my daughter so poorly during her visit. My daughter was crying for hours and shaking due to being traumatized after being treated so rough during a visit. Long story short do not go to this location. Pay a little extra and take your services somewhere reliable.
