What I really liked is how she had it blend from my roots, which was a good call since I wanted to minimize the amount of damage already and to have something more low maintenance. This was my first time trying Jenny and I must say she is a wonderful person and I love the cut she…read moregave me. I gave her 4 stars because I had come in looking for a specific shade of red after seeing all the fun colors she has posted. I showed her a photo for reference and she suggested a dye that would still dye my dark brown hair red without having to bleach first. So we tried it but it didn't take very well and left some areas orange, brown and dark red. She was incredibly willing to fix it and we tried again. She added bleach(?) On a few spots around my head instead of the whole head which I had never seen before so I assumed it was some new way of making this work and then she washed it out and applied the dye onto wet hair (which again I thought was different) and let me sit at the sink for about 20 min. The end result appeared washed out/faded and not evenly colored at all and I would have been happy to live with it as it wasn't terrible but this color needed to be on point for my wedding. I do not want this to be a knock on Jenny what so ever, like I said she was awesome and the cut was perfect, unfortunately tho I had to make the decision to go to another salon to go over her color with the shade I needed.
