This review is long overdue! Zhanna at IV Aesthetics is absolutely incredible. She used the Fotona…read more4D and gave me the most snatched jawline postpartum. She also did some contouring and highlighting with the machine, and when I tell you this technology is the real deal because it is! Not long after, I flew to South Korea and noticed that the top clinics there were using the exact same machine and offering similar services. I was able to maintain my treatments overseas, which says a lot about how advanced IV Aesthetics is. Recently, I came back and was welcomed with a drink and the most calming, beautiful lobby. This time I saw Madison for nano brows, and her attention to detail and precision with shaping gave me the perfect, natural brows. I'm so glad I waited and didn't get the old-style brows because the results are everything I hoped for. Yes, I literally flew from South Korea back to Maine just to get my brows done at IV Aesthetics. That's how much trust I have in their team. I'll be back in a few months for a touch-up and to see Zhanna again for laser services. They truly know what they're doing here, and you'll be in great hands. My only advice: follow all the pre- and post-treatment steps! Don't cut corners if you want the best results!

THEY DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO MY ALLERGY…read more I had an appointment with Madison for nano brows, and she did not pay attention to my allergies, despite me communicating my allergies multiple times throughout the process. I communicated my allergies upon booking, And she Claimed to have checked all of the products to make sure there were no conflicts. Once I Drove two hours To get there, I filled out some paperwork and confirmed my allergies again. As we were getting started, she says " Let's go over the process so there are no surprises, we're going to take some pictures first, then I will draw on the eyebrows and make sure you like it." I close my eyes, then she immediately put a baby wipe on my face. That's not taking a picture. I asked her what she was doing, she said it was a baby white. I asked her if she checked the baby wipe to make sure I wasn't allergic to it, and I expected her to say that she checked it. Unfortunately, she did not, and I was allergic to it. I washed it off right away, she said we can't do it unless she can use those baby wipes, I asked if she had green soap or something that tattoo artists normally use, she ended up finding some other soap deep in a cabinet, but said she wasn't comfortable going through with the appointment after she exposed me to an allergen in case of a reaction. I can understand that. She refunded my deposit BUT: - I took the day off from work for this - I hired a dog sitter - I drove nearly 200 miles round-trip - 2 hours each direction + being there is about 5 hours of my time wasted - for the past month, I have not done my usual skincare routine in order to prepare for this appointment, and my skin has suffered for it I can't believe that a licensed professional didn't check all of the ingredients once I stated that I had an allergy. I have confirmed with them multiple times that there wouldn't be any conflicts! I scheduled this appointment months ago. I do not recommend this place. They're clearly not detail oriented or safe for anyone with an allergy.

Be warned! First appointment, after the deadening, something…read morewas dropped in my right eye. I didn't feel it, but on the way home, my eyesight got fuzzier and fuzzier. I ended up having to go to the emergency room that evening for an exam. There was a square scratch on my cornea. Very painful and it took a week to clear up my vision. I had to go to a specialist 10 days after the event. I went back for my touch up since there was a glob on the bottom left lid and mismatched ending points on all four lines. Here I am a few months later. Eyeliner still doesn't match, eye to eye, ink has faded to grey green. So, for over $2,000, I have a poorly done eyeliner tatoo (this was not my first eyeliner tatoo ,we moved so I couldn't go back to my original lady who did such an amazing job), I lost a week of work and recreation due to the scratch and had terrible pain for several days. She will tell you this has never happened before, it must have been one of my eyelashes, etc. It happened while I was on her table, while she was working on my eyes. Accident or not all I get is a sorry, I can redo your liner. I will never trust her to do any work again.

This isn't a bad review about the work that is done at Permanent Makeup, but a bad review about how…read morepushy Ashleigh was to get me to sigh up for the worst rated credit card, CareCredit, so she could have me pay, in advance. to hold a future appointment. I was SO pressured by her, that I did not have the time to do my usual investigation on my computer to see if CareCredit was a highly rated credit card or a bad predatory credit card. I was charged by the card immediately $50 for an appointment. I thought it was the law that a credit card cannot charge you for a service until the service is rendered. Well, CareCredit did. I called Permanent Makeup and spoke to someone who said they will take care of and take the $50 off. Well he did, but CareCredit charged me interest ON the $50 that was taken off, and CHARGED ME $31 in fees to open their credit card. CareCredit has 1 star in ratings and hundred if not thousands negative reviews!!!! DO NOT AGREE TO A CARECREDIT CARD if Ashleigh insists it's an easy way to pay for services at her store! SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR pushing this awful credit card on to her clients!!!!
