I first went to Brow Beauty for micro blading of my eyebrows and was pleased. I then received an…read moreemail for $15 off of a hair cut and highlighting (which should have come to $135) so I decided to try them for my hair. I clicked on the email they sent me, book through their website. When my hair was done they looked good but the bill was over $200! First I was told the coupon was only good for the new stylist, that was NOT indicated anywhere in the email. I was told the other reason for the higher price was because I booked with the owner Marci. This also was NOT indicated anywhere on the website when I booked. The owner refunded only $10. I then made the mistake of going back. This time there was no coupon to worry about, I booked with Ashley DeJardin so there would be no up charge for the owner. A cut and highlight (toner included) was listed as $150 on the website, when I was done the bill was again over $200!! There was an added $30 for toner (which was suppose to included) and additional $30 for extra color (my hair doesn't even touch my shoulders.) Ashley said there was nothing she could do because the owner was on vacation. A few days later the owner called and refunded the $30 for the toner but why was that on there anyway? During the processing I told Ashley that the tops were way too light, she said it was just because the toner wasn't on yet. After the toner was on I again said "the top is way too light". She told me it was because some hair was wet and some just damp so I should be patient. When it was all done and blow dried the top looked terrible. It was not highlighted but totally bleached. Now after a month of grow out I have to go to another hair dresser and pay a lot more money to have them fixed. She had offered I could come back and she would do lowlights at a discount. Why would I want to pay more money for something that should have been done right in the first place, being overcharged twice, and by the person who messed up my hair in the first place. I will never go back. The picture attached is after grow out but shows how it is just bleached with no lowlights. She ruined my hair. BAIT AND SWITCH
