I've never witnessed such unprofessionalism! I set up an appointment for my mom to see coco back in November. Coco was very personable and attentive while setting up the appointment,however, when my mom got there she had to wait an hour while coco worked on someone else. My mom was supposed to have a touch up appt today and COco didn't show up.... what's even worse is that she didn't even have the decency to text my mom back. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. My mom lives 2.5 hours away so it's not like she can simply reschedule, which won't be happening now anyways. This is inexcusable and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for this service. So it's been over 2 weeks and my mom just got a text from Coco yesterday ( pathetic!!!) BAD BAD BUSINESS. And to add insult to injury her excuse was that she went out of town unexpectedly and her assistant was supposed to reschedule. We were not born yesterday, COco nor have we ever spoken to an assistant when setting up appointments. My mom drove 2.5 hours for this appointment, do you really think she's reschedule with you considering how this all went down? I feel incredibly ripped off from you're customer service and subpar work. read more

I had very little brows to begin with and Nicole managed to make them look extremely uneven and ugly. I now have to fix them every single day with powder and pencil. Do your research and spend your money elsewhere, if I could go back in time I would pay triple the price to have them done with someone who truly cares about their customers brows. read more

Had my brows done by a student(not the smartest thing to do ) but I've sat in for students who went through reputable training before and a reputable instructor will stand over the student to make certain the work being done will at least be right. Nope, not coco. She sat on her ass eating an apple while playing on the computer knowing that this was the students first human she ever worked on! Only when the student requested cocos assistance she got up and literally screwed up my eyebrow even more. I was left with two very different brows, large arches and very long down turned tails. Been trying to get them removed for the last 3 months. Have my third session of removal this wed. Do your homework if you are looking for training and/ or looking to get your brows done. Coco doesn't give a crap about anything but taking your money. She never responded to messages I left her and now I have to deal with looking like the angry birds character until this crap is removed! read more

If I could give her a zero for customer service, I absolutely would. She has VERY poor business etiquette. I initially contacted the business via the Microblading Academy LA website to schedule an appointment at the Santa Monica location after purchasing a deal on Groupon. I received an email response indicating that there was an opening on the weekend in two weeks. .. but at the Woodland Hills location. Luckily it was my weekend off, so I agreed to take the appointment. I received an email indicating that she confirmed me for Saturday at 2pm in Woodland Hills. My boyfriend and I drove AN HOUR to get to the location. It was far, but I figured it would be worth it. We arrived at the location at 1:55, and her booth in the salon was closed. The receptionist told us to just wait, that she may be running late. Fast forward to 2:55pm. No phone call. No response to my calls, emails, ig message...the receptionist even sent her a text with no reply. Who schedules an appointment and not only doesn't show up but doesn't have the courtesy to call, text, message, anything and apologize for the incredibly horrid customer service!?!? read more

So i bought my girlfriend a groupon as a gift. My girlfriend was told no appointments were available at the Santa Monica location. "Coco" set the date, time and location. We drove out of our way and still made it on time only to find her place was closed and Coco was nowhere to be found. We waited over an hour and tried calling but no luck. I purchased a Groupon for a micro blading session, that included a touch up within 30 days for $199. As soon as I reached out to Coco to redeem my Groupon, she said the Groupon price is wrong and wanted me to cancel with Groupon and pay her directly-but adding an additional $100 for the touch up. I reached out to Groupon-they said she was going against her contract. When I reached out to her again, she offered me a "courtesy discount" by charging $50 for the touch up rather than the $100. When I said that in a sense I felt I was being penalized for the additional $50...she quickly said to find someone else & was extremely rude. Not professional. Not appreciated. But then too dark almost black/blue maybe she uses cheap products not too sure, the right one looks terrible I feel like they are botched. Like I said I won't even go for a touch up because I'm afraid she will make it worse the left one is good but the right one is bad. Good luck if you have a Groupon. When I first scheduled an appointment I told her I had a Groupon and she said ok, "I schedule all my Groupon appointment on certain days and times" and gave me an appointment. When I went for my first session and I showed her my Groupon she said "I wish you would have told me before" and said she would have had the lady she was teaching do my eyebrows instead. Who says that? I scheduled the appointment to see her not the lady she's teaching. The Groupon I purchased was for the initial session and the touch up included. When I asked her for a touch up appointment she said, I needed to pay full price if I wanted the touch up appointment. Awful experience! read more
