I arrived early for my 12:50 appointment and the manager, a white woman whose name I do not know, did not acknowledge me when I walked in because she was on the phone. After she finally spoke to me, I began asking a simple question about whether Lindsay, the regional manager, could contact me. While I was still speaking, a white woman walked in and the manager completely cut me off to help her instead. She immediately turned her full attention to that customer, spoke warmly to her, and even took her early for a later consultation, while I was left sitting there. When I pointed out that I had been speaking first and wanted to finish my question, the manager became combative and kept falsely claiming I was asking for "personal information," which was not true. I was simply asking whether she could have Lindsay contact me. She then started saying I had to wait for HR, which made no sense and felt like a tactic to avoid helping me. As a Black woman, I left feeling singled out, stereotyped, and treated differently. The difference in how I was treated compared to the white customer was very noticeable. I also have concerns about scheduling, because since a newly hired Black technician started, I have repeatedly been scheduled with her, even though I previously had a different technician and asked about returning to her. I was told scheduling is "random," but it does not feel random based on my experience. I paid in full, and instead of feeling valued as a customer, I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to people of color or to anyone who takes discrimination seriously. If you are a person of color, or if respectful and fair treatment matters to you, I would think twice before coming here.

I made an appointment to get a Neurotoxin treatment for the next day, which was Friday, 04/19/2024 at 10:00 am. Luckily, they were able to get me on the schedule that fast. When I returned for my appointment, I was instructed to fill out forms. After I finished, we were guided to the back by Alexa Campbell. She evaluated my face and went over my options. I ended up going with the Xeomin (Neurotoxin) Initial Treatment and she recommended 22 units total for the zones I wanted to target. Each unit was $10.00. Since I was a new customer, I was given 20% off for my treatment, so it only ended up being $176.00. That was awesome. The treatment didn't cause me too much pain and definitely didn't take very long. My head felt heavy for a little bit, but it quickly subsided. It was recommended to have the Xeomin (Neurotoxin) Follow Up Treatment two weeks later. I scheduled mine for Wednesday, 05/01/2024 at 10:00 am. The customer service was pleasing and professional during my time there. I recommend Alexa for a Xeomin treatment for sure! Overall, this place didn't disappoint. When I went to use my remaining sessions Cari was confused as to what I had purchased and told me there wasn't enough funds left to complete my package, which I had already paid for in advance. I explained that a prepaid package is an agreement and they needed to honor that agreement. That's when I saw an additional $75 charge on my credit card. When I called to discuss it Cari told me that charge was necessary to add funds to my profile "wallet" so I would have funds to complete my sessions. Which is ridiculous because I prepaid for everything. Then I saw on my "patient portal" (which is an online profile) that they charged me for a service I did not receive further depleting my remaining funds. I brought this to Cari's attention three times but she never corrected it. I asked many, many times to talk to the owner Jessica G********* and was denied. I told her that I no longer was comfortable going to that spa and I'd like a refund of my remaining funds. Cari told me that she "wasn't even going to mention it to Jessica because Jessica had practices in place that would ensure that I never got a refund." Finally Jessica agreed to a meeting with me only to cancel it last minute because she had other clients to see. The business then ignored me for a solid month. When they finally got back to me it was to inform me that because a month had gone by I had lost the right to use $75 of my remaining funds. Finallly, I reached out to my credit card company to try to get back my remaining money. Jessica submitted false information to the credit card company. This is a terrible business. Stay away.
