What makes Kit Carson look so bad is that they simply stopped answering their phone because I guess they got sick of people calling in outages. I called repeatedly and the phone just rang and rang. When I tried to get information on their web site, it appears that maybe it crashed. All you get a blank page. You have to wonder about a power company that is totally unprepared for a power outage and so uncaring as to not even be prepared to answer the phone or provide information on their web page. So, if Kit Carson doesn't care about providing electrical power, imagine how worried they'd be if your internet service provided by them failed!

So far they have been miserable to work with because I cannot order Dish at my condo because they wont return any of our calls.
