We always feel safe when they are there, and know they are in good hands. We pickup and drop off at variable times, and there have never been any concerns. The meals are balanced and home cooked. I had to remove his clothes myself and change his diaper and put clean clothes on him in the classroom because he had not been tended to by any of his teachers. The teachers excuse was that the director and assistant director told them not to change him because "he was not allowing them to change him" but did not inform me of what was going on until I was the one that addressed them about it. Very dumb. There is bad communication to the parents on what is going on with their kids. The teachers in the 3 year old classroom are lazy and one of them has a bad attitude.
