COMPLETE Scumbag!! Will find an issue with anything to allow him to charge a "re-appraisal inspection". When I confronted him about the cosmetic issue he reported on my home, he complained TO ME about how little he gets paid these days. His statement was, "I used to get paid $450 for a 30 min. appraisal. Now I'm out here 6 hours and just get $300." Completely unprofessional!! He has already been removed from one mortgage brokerage's appraisal list, I am doing my best to get him removed from all in the area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! read more
