The technician called me and said it was also low on Freon but that was to be expected because these units regularly leak Freon. After paying him $830 a friend of mine told me that that is baloney that these are closed systems and there must be a leak. I called them back they sent someone out determined there were two leaks (why didn't they figure that out in the beginning?) and that it would cost another $1830 to fix the leaks. Understandably wary, I contacted another company who came out and fixed the system for $820 total. They also told me that the parts were covered by warranty which Aire Serve neglected to mention. I believe with all my heart that they were taking advantage of what they thought was a stupid elderly woman. I am a realtor in the Branson area and I love helping my clients find good reputable companies. This is not one of them.

They came to our house within 12 hours, used a camera and found the problem immediately. Then they dug up the ground, removed the very old pipe and replaced it with pvc. They did all this within 4-5 hours. Tom and Arthur were exceptionally smart, friendly and respectful and courteous. KC plumbing is very lucky to have them on the team!!
