Also she refused to take anything off of the rent even though I just added equity to her rental. then the place was infested with mice and roaches, as well as Haitians, then without even maintaining the property to make sure it was safe, she NEVER did anything to keep up the property even though it desp needed repairs, she then wanted to increase my rent even though they never did ANYTHING TO IMPROVE THE PROPERY!!!! Insane. terrible, absolutely a slumlord. take your money but do nothing that a landlord is supposed to do, she also thought she was going to keep my deposit even though I kept my apartment clean and always paid my rent in full and on time.

In just the three short months that my husband, our two kids and I lived under their so-called "management", it was nothing short of miserable. It became very clear from the beginning that Alpha and it's owners/staff do not care about the well-being of their tenants, and will do anything to try and squeeze every last dollar out of you that they possibly can. Multiple members of the staff have no problem hanging up on you during telephone calls, and completely ignoring communication in general. They try to avoid any encounter that they can with you, because they know what they're doing is wrong and disgusting. Alpha had been completely aware that my family and I had been forced to live in a moldy, cockroach infested, outdated, and dirty apartment once they took over management, but did absolutely nothing but brush us off and completely disregard our safety and health and continued to allow us to live in hazardous conditions. Alpha were also 110% aware that my husband and I had no current lease, as the last landlords were just as negligent as these ones are, and did not care to write up and sign a current one. But they somehow still expected us to follow rules that we could not possibly have been aware of without the lease. They also have yet to return our full security deposit, (which was also 30 days overdue on their end), and even with us providing proof that they are indeed attempting to steal that remaining money from us, they are refusing any further contact. Dealing with Alpha and Omega to the extent that we have has just been a complete nightmare. Time after time of being bullied, ignored, and stolen from by this company, and they still want more after we left 3 months ago. Charging us "rent" for a week that we did not spend in the apt. because we did not return the key to the office, which was not brought to our attention beforehand, and we, AGAIN, had no way of knowing their expectations. Meaning that they once again do not do their full job and make sure their tenants are fully vacated, even 6 days after we said we'd be gone. Their carelessness, negligence, unprofessional behavior and the way they go about their business is something to be ashamed of. Please DO NOT rent from this company, unless you like doing business with liars and thieves. Absolutely disgusting. Wish 0 stars were a legit rating because this company doesn't deserve even 1 star.

They are constructed of cinder block and are very quiet. (that's why I stayed for so long) Very rare did I hear any of my neighbors through the walls or ceiling. Landlord was honest and fair. He does not put up with chaos. If your looking for a place to throw parties, this is not the place to do it. I witnessed brand new tenants get evicted, because they threw a memorial day party in the parking lot. On site laundry makes it a plus.
