He then rented out most of the house, and kept the rent, and forced my father to live in a small part of his own house, with no working kitchen, and an unfinished bathroom. I have read some of the papers filed by Michael Goldstein, and by the defendant's lawyer. Michael Goldstein's most recent submission was epic, easily one of the best responses ever, hands down! My father and I really appreciate all of his hard work and support. We don't know what we would do if we didn't have him fighting for us. We are reminded of this horrendous experience every single day, unfortunately, but knowing that we have support like his gives us hope. We truly appreciate everything he has done and continues to do for my father and me. Michael Goldstein has been a constant reminder that there are still good people in this world. Words cannot truly express our immeasurable gratitude for all of his efforts. PS: We won the lawsuit, but a few days later, the defendant filed papers trying to reverse our victory. We are optimistic that the court will declare our victory final!

With elegance, exceptional listening skills and inspiring integrity, my concerns were addressed in a manner that was never condescending nor patronizing.  Further, Laura always knew where to get the information to corroborate her transparent legal advice as confirmed in a follow-up call made after business hours for my sole benefit.  That selfless gesture reminded me that wealth is measured in human terms. Voltaire once said that appreciation is a wonderful thing as "it makes what is appreciated belong to us as well."  I can only aspire to one day appropriate myself with the decency and multifaceted intelligence embodied by this firm.

My husband, Jerry, was in a truly terrifying and unjust legal situation. He was facing 30 days in…read morejail and a $500 fine for a misdemeanor he did not commit. We were both new to the legal system and completely overwhelmed by the process, especially after the judge seemed to be set on a specific outcome, regardless of the facts. The most difficult part was finding an attorney. We spoke with many lawyers who either couldn't take the case or didn't want to because they said it wasn't worth their time or was too expensive. They wouldn't even sit down with us to hear our side of the story. Then Jerry found Robert (Bob) in a Google search. When Jerry called him on a Friday, Bob was willing to meet the very next day. From the moment we met, Bob listened intently. He reviewed the information we had, explained our options clearly, and offered an affordable rate. Although a previous engagement in a separate murder trial prevented Bob from attending our hearing, he assured us that his partner, Paul, was more than qualified to represent us. Paul was just as wonderful. He was able to calm our nerves and put us at ease, even sharing a few jokes that made the anxious wait before the judge much more bearable. He walked us through every possible scenario and spoke with the prosecutor, presenting the evidence we had gathered. Because of his efforts, the prosecutor agreed to have the case dismissed. We are so incredibly thankful for both Robert and Paul. Their professionalism, expertise, and personalized approach made a scary situation so much more manageable. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of legal help.
