In that time, I've had the opportunity to work with a few of the PTs there and have had great experiences the ENTIRE way through. They work on a rotational basis so you might have two appointments per week and work with different folks both times... I enjoy this as you get a little something different from everyone BUT as it's open gym floor plan, they all collaborate and are attentive, seeing your progress no matter who you are scheduled to work with. I still have a bit of a road ahead but feel like I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. TBH, I'm torn emotionally because these folks have been a huge part of my mental and emotional well-being as much as they have helped me physically. I'm actually motivated to go see them after a rough day at home or work because they are so much fun to work with. Don't think it's all fun & games because you do have to WORK and sometimes that's not entirely easy, but they all will help to find a way to push/stretch you SAFELY and ensure your progress is continuous. I hate that this happened and still replay that moment in my mind over and over but meeting Kevin, Jessica, Kasey and all of the very, very kind admin staff has been a highlight of this complete situation. Last - over the course of the last several months, I've heard SEVERAL conversations about continuing education and upskilling, including dry needling which I feel has helped me gain additional relief. It's also comforting to know how passionate they are invested in CE. They all truly love their roles. Almost like a fancy resort! The pros of this facility: Good food, good drink, excellent nursing staff that actually go the extra mile for their patients. Very clean throughout the entire facility. Everything was very accessible for wheelchairs, walkers and loading and unloading by the front door. The receptionists at the front desk were always warm and welcoming. Great physical therapy program, but they are tough on you. But, they have to be! Also no worries about people stealing your possessions in this facility. She's been to other facilities where they will steal anything if it's not bolted down! Cons: The only con was the varying wake up time between 4:30 - 5:30 a.m. in order to be up and ready for breakfast at 7:00 a.m. Even if you need assistance getting ready, the hurry up and wait is pretty ridiculous! It's understandable that the staff have a schedule to go by, but c'mon now! Other than that, my Mom says she was treated like a VIP there! Thanks for taking such great care of my Mom, guys! Highly recommend this facility!

All the doctors were extremely friendly and smart, and they answered all the questions I had! I was very impressed with the place right down to the receptionist! I definitely recommend it if you're having foot trouble.
