I hired Nancy Dahan through the firm based on recommendations from a friend. I had been paying alimony (didn't include child support as our kids were grown at the time of the separation) for over 11 years without any prospect of getting out from under it. Now that I'm retired and my income is far less than when I was working, Nancy Dahan developed a strategy to address the alimony issue. We made an offer through my Ex's attorney that was not accepted, We went to court and Nancy managed to get a settlement with the opposing attorney in the hallway without having to spend hours waiting for a hearing before the judge.
