You fill out very thorough intake forms explaining your skin needs and characteristics. It made me feel really well about the due diligence before using any products that might cause an adverse reaction. I showed up a bit early since I didn't know where they were located. It is south of Baskin Robbin's and the signage makes it easy to find. As soon as you walk in, there's a relaxing atmosphere. It's very quiet. There's a small waiting area. The space, Evoque spa & wellness, is a shared suite between different beauty professionals offering a wide range of services. There's great information on all of that in the lobby. Helen was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She immediately made me feel at ease. She asked if I had gotten a facial before and if I had any concerns. The facial was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. I lost count of how many steps there were in the treatment, but it included exfoliation, ice globes, a pulsing machine, and products with ingredients to rejuvenate the skin. My skin felt great! My lips had also been super dry and she made sure to address that. I felt so pampered, I ended up buying two gift cards for others. I feel like it's easy to not schedule something like this for yourself unless you're nudged to. Highly recommend!

I'm visiting from California and this place was recommended by family. As my husband and I prepared to leave the SPA, we were already wanting to come back. I carry tension in my upper back and often told by other massage therapists that my back and shoulders are tight with knots. Because of this, I do my best to get massages on a regular basis. Well, if you are anything like me, this is the place for you! John-Paul is gifted at assessing your needs and targeting areas in your body that require special techniques with the perfect amount of pressure. He added the Rosewood aromatherapy, which definitely enhanced the experience. As he massaged and kneaded my back, I could feel my body releasing stress and tension. After 90 minutes I was left feeling very relaxed. If you want to treat your body to a relaxed and rejuvenating SPA experience, I highly recommend Poppi's SPA & Lounge.

Having had Brazilian waxes and facials done by the same esthetician for the last nine years (and others years before her) I'm very selective, especially with the Brazilians. The waiting area and her work space is inviting, clean , and very organized. Before her services my eyebrows were very thin due too years of harsh waxing from nail techs; ugh I'm still so embarrassed I let nail techs touch my face and not a licensed esthetician (that's like going to the dentist for your eyes.) After a few visits of being very happy with my eyebrow shape and tint, and seeing my friends results I made the decision to invest in 3D microblading. If you are debating getting this or ombré microblading; don't as it will save you a lot of time in the future and even on days when you're feeling off at least your eyebrows will be perfectly shaped and shaded. Along with brows Sabvette offers lash services; she recently hired an experienced lash specialist Korey Vaun (who's also an esthetician) I plan to schedule an appointment with her soon. There are many wonderful things I could say about the owner Sabvette, but the one quality aside from the great service she provides is the customer service she provides for everyone the enters her door. Even when she's booked all evening if a customer walks in with a question she will acknowledge their presence, and try to answer their question once she's at a stopping point. If you're planning a visit, go to her page via StyleSeat to schedule your appointment because she's usually too booked for walk-ins; I highly recommend Couture Brows!!
