The two young ladies that use to work there no longer work there. It is now run by a lady that is very professional and kind , unlike the previous workers that would be on there phones while threading. Omg save your money and do NOT GO HERE EVER!! Even if your desperate! Don not go here.! First of all the two young ladies are rude and very unprofessional. Me and my friend showed up at what seemed to be their lunch break. So after we stood there for a good couple of minutes my friend said when will y'all be ready. The girl with the nose ring said 10 mins. Ok no problem. We go walk around the mall. And come back in 10 as instructed. We get back and the girl is on the phone batting away. Me and my friend stand there and I automatically start thinking these damn girls must not want out money. So we continue to stand there. And 5 mins later they acknowledge us. I was already skeptical and then but I needed my brows done badly. After the girl finished. I looked at my eyebrow and the left one looks noticeably different then the right! She completely botched my eyebrows and had the nerve to ask for a tip. Umm HELL NO! No the goddess who does my brows at brow parlor says it will take a few months to fix what that demon did to my brows. Worst experience ever. read more

The woman who does eyebrows here is extremely unprofessional. She's always on the phone and will stop doing your eyebrows to talk with somebody. Unfortunately this is the only place to get your eyebrows threaded in Lawton, so just expect to deal with this if you want to get your eyebrows threaded here. read more

I didn't like how they left them . They took off to much hair from every where and made the made them skinny and uneven .

The people that work at this booth at Central Mall is very unprofessional. I have went there several times before and told myself I wasn't going back because they didn't do my eyebrow right. But being Lawton is small and I like my eyebrows being done I went again. This occasion the lady that did my eyebrows was on the phone the whole time. I ask her to do me a henna tattoo. She did it and quoted me a price. At the end I paid her. Two hours later I'm still at the mall and she comes towards me grabs my hand very loud and told me I didn't pay. I then showed her my bank statement on the phone. She look at it for about five min. Never once did she apologized. Her and her husband said they are not losing any business if I didn't come back. They embarrassed me extremely bad for a mistake on there part but never once apologized. I do not recommend thos company at all. So if you can take your business somewhere else I recommend you do so. read more
