H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E!!! Don't do it! the worst place to get eyebrows done. The lady starting me must've been a serious rookie. I've been threading for over 10 years and I've got to say this was the worst job. I had to stop her in between the job to get a break coz she was hurting me. It was too much to take. In the middle of threading my left side, she even put rubbing alcohol on me WITHOUT asking, then proceeded with threading that same side. Needless to say, i got out that chair when the basics were done and didn't wait to have the unibrow, and upper eyebrow areas cleaned out. It wasn't a great job either. read more

Went in today with nice full brows, left with pencil thin, uneven, nearly GONE brows; even after explicitly saying that I like the fullness of my brows and just wanted a simple clean up. She did my right brow first before moving on tI the left. Although my right brow has more to work with, my left brow is so sparse, I literally have 3-4 hairs that save me from a complete disconnect in my arch. The lady asked me to sit down so she could fix it but I refused considering the only thing left to do would to be to make my right brow as thin as the left which was a horrifying thought. I'm LIVID. It has taken me years to get my brows to the fullness that I loved so much and now I have brows thinner than I've ever had in my entire life. I've been coming here since 2012 and the service has always been inconsistent for me. I had enough about a year ago when I asked for a clean up from the same threader that usually does my brows to only have her thread my eyebrows to half their size. It took me about until now for my eyebrows to grow back to what I wanted them to be. So if you come here make sure you're very concise on what you want... and even then I would still be weary. There was also one occasion where my usual lady told me that I looked like I gained some weight. I've never had such a poor experience with eyebrow threading!! First of all the lady was talking on the phone or maybe she was talking to herself but she had earbuds in and was mumbling to herself the entire time. Second the threading was very painful, and I've had my share of painless threading. Later, I realize the reason it was so painful was because she took off HALF THE EYEBROW ON MY RIGHT EYE. Now I look perpetually confused because my right eyebrow looks raised. On the other hand, she barely touched my left eyebrow and there are still several stray hairs there, so now my eye brows are super lopsided. The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because I came here in the past with a different lady and it was fine. This place is a toss up depending on who's working, but I won't be taking the risk. read more
