But the lady who did my wax end up with left all the hair into pieces. She didn't pluck hair on roots. All are broken from middle of hair and final results showing as 2-3 days grown hair. My expectations were fairly low since I had never had threading in Australia however upon arrival I was greeted with friendly staff and expert threading skills. Having gone back several times, both eyebrow threading consultants are wonderful and friendly but remember to make a booking as they are always busy! Thank you Mello for taming my uneven brows.

Unlike traditional brow waxes, at Benefit you sit up to have your brows waxed - makes perfect sense... they can shape your brows to suit your face the way you actually look when getting around (have you noticed how different your face looks when you are lying down?!!) $27 for a brow wax, but this is the best brow wax in town. I have been to the Myer Melbourne Brow Bar as well, and all the girls are fabulous, but this week I met Maria, a new Brow Expert who has joined the Chadstone Benefit Brow Bar team. People, this was the best brow wax of my life - and that's 17 years of brow waxing! Highly recommended. Make sure you book at least 2 days in advance to get a spot, or they do run a drop in service on Saturday's, and can usually squeeze you in.

Paying anything more for a haircut tends to drive me a little crazy so it's a good thing that these prices are here to stay. They haven't changed in the years that I have known about the salon so I'd hedge a pretty good bet that they'll be around for awhile. The salon is clean, the hairdressers are friendly and talkative and the atmosphere is comfortable and warm. As well as hair they also provide spray tan and waxing services although I have never utilised those.
