Probably the only gripe I have is a couple times I've been here it looked a bit disorganized and somewhat rundown, but the past few times it was neat and orderly. The customer service there has always been very good as I've never had a problem with any of the staff and every one of them seemed very friendly and willing to help. I will at least give credit where credit is due as the staff at this location is a LOT better than those arrogant pricks at the now defunct MMI Music. Guitar Center was one of the reasons I quit shopping at MMI and a few years after this Guitar Center location opened up MMI had closed its doors for good and to be honest, I wasn't sad to see them go.
