It's basically a freshly fried, slightly sweet dough sprinkled with sugar. It was served warm and was light and crispy on the outside while still soft inside. Definitely one of the better things I tried on our food tour! The place itself is very small, but part of the experience is being able to watch them making and frying everything fresh right through the glass window. That was really neat to see, especially knowing ours had just been made.
