When you pull up to the Shark Shack, a dock person helps to moor and fit boats into spots. We had a friendly dock person who accommodated our boat and squeezed us in even though the place was very busy. We had a large group of 12 people. We arrived at about 3:30 on a weekday thinking it would not be too busy. We were wrong! We had about a 40 minute wait for a table and ended up splitting group up to get seated. The service at the Shark Shack was good once we were seated. It looked like there were 3 waitresses serving tables as well as a bar tender. Drink service was good and prompt but not so much with the food. We ordered drinks which came out fairly quickly. Our group was split up between tables. Some people in our group had ordered 10 minutes before the group yet the group who ordered 2nd got their food way before the first table. The food is nothing special.
