Full of fresh produce, exotic products, and surprisingly not full of people on this day. Ive heard it becomes a mad house. The prices are great for in season fruits and veggies. Things that arent in season are not worth it, so be open to whatever is abundant. They also had two prices for strawberries. One brand was $7.99 and the one next door was $4.99. Neither was organic so pay attention. Aside from being price savvy while shopping, give yourself time to explore the pantry isles. I saw so many "new to me" products that Id never have noticed had I not strolled up and down, and looked high and low. Candy covered chick peas that look like little brains, all kinds of flours, lots of jarred condiments that look so tasty! Especially the Turkish foods. Ill be back.

Seedless watermelon my a **
Lisa L.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Bought a what I thought was seedless watermelon with a sticker on it . Called as soon a I cut it open. Spoke to Ahmed who was with a manager and said since I cut it open they can't refund me. How else would I know that it has seeds especially when it had a seedless watermelon sticker on it. I have been going to them for many years and just Disgusted how they treat their customers I once saw the owner actually get into a fistfight with a young man.

Halal Beef Bacon (more fat than meat)
Dina I.

I once bought their fruits and vegies but it almost wasted because it doesn't last long. Now I came here just to buy spices and halal beef bacon. But the last time I bought beef bacon, it was extremely disappointed. They gave me all fat bacon (almost no meat). The store it self very dirty with not enough room to stand without someone bumped you.

a bag of lettuce and a blue toothbrush

just bought some groceries at this store : I understand it's kind of cheaper there but to get stuff with worms I have a picture of lettuce with worms inside

Only a dollar! Fantastic tasting wafer.

We love this place so much that we drive down from Hyde Park, NY every few months to purchase over $500 of Arabic groceries.

Generally speaking, no one in the area can beat their prices on those items. A half-gallon of Lactaid milk will cost me just $2.99 at this store. If I go to any other store in the area, I'll pay a dollar or two more for that same half-gallon. The other day I picked up a large, 11-ounce package of organic baby arugula for just $1.99. And when I got to the check-out counter, the gal, Paola (seen in one of the photos I'll post), noticed that some of the arugula at the bottom of the package appeared to be damp or wilted; she said, "Let me get you a better pack," and went in the back and got me a better one. I can't imagine a checker at a big chain supermarket doing anything like that. But it's a small store, they know their customers, and they treat them with care. When I got home one recent hot summer day and found that the half-gallon of milk I'd bought from the store was beginning to turn bad, I took it back to the store and asked if I could get a replacement. They were happy to accommodate me, even though I did not have a receipt. I value that kind of service. And on any given day, there are some real bargains to be found--inside the store or out in front of it. They always have bags of fruits and veggies that--because they're slightly imperfect or a day or two old--are marked down to just one dollar. I'll buy a dollar bag of apples and they're fine. It is a small store. They certainly don't have everything. And not everything is a bargain. But you can always find some real bargains among the fruits and veggies they sell here. Lines at the check-out counter or short, and the workers are helpful and friendly.

(Just after Shake Shack, Look for the Verizon store on the front corner of the building) Plenty of parking in the rear. When you enter this beautiful store, fresh organic produce in abundance are presented. Prices are on par or even better than Whole Foods. I love their self serve bins of bulk ingredients especially the nooch! Iykyk! The cold refrigerator offers an abundance of healthy options, love their plant based vegan products such as yogurts, milks and cheeses. Found my favorite jackfruit brand of frozen ingredients. Lots of vitamins offered for healthy living. Freshly grounded nut butters. Gluten free options aplenty. Healthier snack options like chips, ice cream, nuts and lots of chocolates. We've been going weekly and I can confidently say The staff are always amazing! So helpful and insightful. They offer a coupon book which can easily be used in store. Complimentary hot coffee is offered for shoppers making for an enjoyable shopping experience. Definitely worth the extra effort off route 17 south to explore this local gem of a market!

It's a little hard to miss, however you can see it once you've entered the shopping center. Family owned and operated since 1987. Think of Whole Foods, much less busy, not a whole lot of rushing (which is a good thing) and you take your time to browse around the smaller store. The quiet and calm was cool, for a Thursday evening, not too shabby. We came across a lot of products we haven't seen before. Great options from a vast majority of gluten free to bring your own containers for pasta to help reduce waste. Plenty of signs to look at and read what we can do to be proactive with our bodies, lifestyle and the environment. I loved knowing this was a smaller scale. We accidentally forgot our reusable bags, however bought a new MOM'S insulated bag. Until next time, we will be back!

Short answer: There was not. The produce may be fresh and local, but you can find that in other stores or stands for well less than the prices here. (Example: $5/lb for tomatoes.) There were only two relatively short outdoor rows of fruits, vegetables, and flowers, and then a fairly cramped interior space with some more harvests (pumpkins, being fall), one refrigerator with cider, one freezer with ice cream, and a few shelves of jam. Very small selection overall, and at best the ice cream qualifies as "not unreasonable" for pricing. I think the only thing Richfield's got going is that it's in a semi-urban location, so you are hard-pressed to find a similar place nearby. But other than the experience of walking around outdoors for a few minutes, I would say just get your fruits and veggies at Whole Foods (or, if you're not local, find a farm closer to you).

I normally walk in with about $25 cash and leave with somewhere between 3 to 4 bags of groceries. They also sell fresh baked rolls, French baguettes, the round Italian loaves of bread, homemade breadcrumbs, fresh nuts by the pound, and have a whole selection of pasta and dried fruit. They also carry your dairy products, such as milk, half-and-half, and carry eggs as well the egg prices go up and down. Sometimes I am able to get the eggs cheaper here than any store including Walmart. Other times they are the most expensive so it just depends when you go. This should become a stop on your way home from work or stop on a weekend to stock up.
