This lil restaurant has Great food. The staff is fantastically friendly. The facilities are very clean. I always feel happy when I leave.

What a great breakfast!! Waitress was great, food was good, homemade and on the table in less than 10min. Potatoes were homemade and delicious. The only criticism I have is the breakfast hours should be extended on Sunday to catch the church crowd. Great place! read more

I liked the truthfulness the waitress stated the potato salad is not homemade it comes from Costco. I got the mashed potatoes that is homemade and it was good. Sides; - Fried Okra. Exactly how it should be cooked. Large slices, gently breaded, and SLIGHT crunch!!!! Incredible! - Cole Slaw. All Southern restaurants are judged by the basics. Cole Slaw is a basic--and their Cole Slaw is creamy, and LIGHTLY seasoned ( which is where all other places fail). Incredible. - Corn. Most people think, "Meh! It's corn niblets." Nope. Wonderful little gem in Canton. Friendly service and great home cooked meals. I had the chicken fried chicken with the gravy on the side. Loved the batter! My partner had grilled pork chop. Large portions and everything was tasty and quick. Glad we stopped on our way home. read more

The fried pickles were excessively salty. The fries claim to be hand cut but somehow I doubt that. The menu is full of formatting errors and inconsistencies. Under dessert on the back it just says "Homemade Pies 3.99." No you don't get a whole pie, you get a slice of pie and whoever wrote this menu couldn't be bothered to clarify. The table is plastered with ugly in your face ADVERTISEMENTS. The last thing I would like to see while dining is a bunch of advertisement. Can I find peace not even as I break bread with my family? To even say grace at this table felt inappropriate. Is this meal to be dedicated to Crown Mobile Homes Sales? The burger was mid at best. This place is awesome! Everything about the setting says Texas! Love the use of repurposed ton and wood. Very homey! Wait staff is friendly. Service with a smile and very attentive, yet relaxed. The food is off the charts. I am a chicken salad snob. Their chicken salad is mouthwatering. It is the perfect balance between creamy and chicken! Served on Texas toast. Yum! We also tried their chicken fried steak with mashed potato's and fried okra. Yep! Awesome! This place has not been on my radar since moving here 4 years ago, but it is now. Try it! This was our second time going to Brother's Cafe and it was as good as the first time. We went on a Sunday evening and they were moderately busy. The server that we had was very efficient, respectful and courteous. I got the patty melt with oonion rings and my husband got the chicken fried steak. They were both priced very well. I don't care for rye bread, so I got my patty melt on sourdough bread. I also got onion rings and they were hand breaded. My husband usually picks a lot of the breading off his steak, because he doesn't care for a thick breading. He didn't need to with this one because it was perfect. We were with a group and my daughter-in-law got the fried chicken salad and it looked delicious. Next time we go and there will be a next time I need to remember to get the salad. The appetizer of fried pickles were also hand breaded. All in all it is a very nice, reasonably priced, delicious place to eat! read more

My wife and I stopped here on opening day. We both got the Cowboy burger. Since we eat low carb, we got the burgers with no bun. When we asked about substituting the fries with salads, the waitress told us there would be an up-charge so we declined. The burgers were above average and the fries looked amazing. It's a shame they were thrown in the trash. Now that I know it's a hassle to accommodate patrons like us, we won't waste our time. If you order straight from the menu with no special requests, I'm sure you will like the food. read more

Not good! The service. The food. The experience. My family and I came in late afternoon, around 2 on a 1st Monday Saturday. We saw a full parking lot and had high hopes. We walk in, 3 adults and a baby, to find ZERO customers. Weird, but ok. We were seated by a friendly woman, who asked for our drink order: 2 waters, 1 cup with a straw & a little water for the baby, and 1 unsweet tea, no lemon and more Splenda (bc there were only 2 packets at our table) please. The lady brought the baby's cup and then left bc I guess her shift was over so she passed our table onto another young lady. Ok, no problem until both waters come and my tea, WITH lemon. I took my lemon off the rim and placed it on the table. I wait and wait...can't drink my tea bc I am still waiting on Splendas. I eventually get up and grab what I need off another table. I mean, no one else is in here to need them. Poor start..but maybe their food makes up for it. NOPE! We ordered: 6pc Cajun hot wings & the Chubacabra Loaded fries as appetizers. For our meals: a BLT, a turkey sourdough melt and a catfish basket. The wings were Buffalo. We asked bc they looked like Buffalo. They tasted like Buffalo but were told they were Cajun. The waitress said she had even asked the kitchen bc she thought they were Buffalo. (They were!) The fries had NO Chubacabra and for being over $6, barely served 1, let alone 3+1/2 of us. Then our meal came. The catfish was decent. Seasoned well (salty & crispy) and had 4 filets + tots. Let me stop there for a second. If you change from fries/chips (which are a bag of Lay's potato chips) to tots, onion rings or sweet potato fries you are uncharged $1.75. My issue is an order of fries is $1.99. A order of tots is $2.99. Why the hell am I charged $1.75 to substitute my fries to tots when their price difference is $1? OK, now to the sandwich plates. The bread was barely toasted and soggy when it came. Neither had hardly any mayonnaise so we had to ask for 2 little bowls of it. There was absolutely no "melt" to the turkey sandwich, which btw was served on regular bread - not sourdough. The turkey was literally the same you buy for school lunches. I know, bc I buy it from Sam's, too. I say Sam's, too bc as we were leaving we saw their "cheesecake" still in the Member's Mark box and the big a$s chocolate sheet cake in the waitress/waiter area. We left. Will not return. We did in fact find all the people whose cars we saw from the parking lot. They are all at the restaurant that shares the same building. There's a door just before you get to the cafe. It belongs to Sombrero Mexican. We peeked our head in there and It. Was. Packed! We should have known that Brother's Cafe was bad when no one else was there, when we walked in. read more
