I was told $450 ok awesome so I made an…read moreappointmen. when I dropped it off they seemed like awesome folks and don't get me wrong I did not deal with the husband only the wife anyways they have it for two days longer then they said and I don't mind I understand things happen also I brought $600 because if it looks amazing I feel like a nice tip is in order but when I get there it for sure has not even been touched on the outside and since it's an airstream it's pretty obvious I take it home and on further inspection nothing except half way interior cleaning was done so I call and she says ok well what do u want me to do and I say well it was done halfway so I feel like a half refund would be fair she said I will refund $200 I said ok I'll come down and talk when I get there she says I decided I'm not giving u a refund and I was like ok going back on your word is not cool cause let's face it your word is all you have in this world I'm not saying don't go here I'm just saying cross your t's and dot your i's cause a handshake means nothing to her i will be telling anyone who asks for a good detail shop to stay clear of this one I prefer to do biz with honest trustworthy people who do what they say and say what they do
