He set accurate expectations, and was consistently decent, straightforward, and efficient throughout. Still, that was unexpected and appreciated, and I don't know of any other personal injury lawyer who would have done as much. I hope that I never have another personal injury case, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate asking for help from Eric again.

All three of our firm's attorneys are seasoned trial lawyers. Unlike settlement mill firms, we handle your case from start to finish in-house. We do not refer your case out to another firm in the event that an early settlement cannot be obtained. That demonstrated ability and track record of trying cases is one of the key components to obtaining a fair settlement. In other words, our experience and reputation as successful trial lawyers gives us leverage to obtain a better settlement as compared to firms who have a reputation for avoiding trials. Our goal is not to acquire as many cases as we can get. Our goal is to provide the highest quality legal service to the clients we do choose to accept. In most accident cases, there will be a settlement offered. Through our more than seventy-five years of combined experience and commitment to excellence, we understand that most of the time the first settlement offer does not reflect a fair value for the damages suffered. In these cases we are tough negotiators and are not afraid to take a case to trial. In fact, insurance companies often wait until a lawsuit is filed to offer a settlement worthy of serious consideration.

I had been going to PT for several months and needed to set up an appointment as soon as possible, as some residual lower back pain was coming back. Nathan at Mindful Motion referred me to Dr. Schupp, and the office accommodated my last minute request with an appointment the very next day! Dr. Schupp asked me about the history of my back pain and was extremely thorough in making sure I was comfortable with all of the adjustments. He asked me over and over whether everything was alright and I said yes, please, I will do whatever it takes to fix this back problem. Sessions are generally 60 minutes for initial appointments and 15-20 minutes for follow-ups. I left feeling like a train that had finally been put back on its rails! I'd totally recommend Dr. Schupp for any back pair or injuries.

I was fired by the end of the that week. A former SWIB Trustee recommended only one attorney that afternoon - Bob Gingras. That evening, Bob Gingras drafted a press release that became the lead article in the Wisconsin newspapers the next morning and began the lawsuit to preserve the records and facts. After years of stalling by the Governor and his high-paid & tax-paid attorneys, the Judge caused a settlement on the second day of the trial. That "fresh start" with compensation gained by Gingras' firm allowed me and my family to continue my career in Global Financial Management with assignments in twenty-five countries. Please believe me, the selection and use of an attorney is NOT a well-planned event. A law firm must have the talent to carry your case through the entire court process, including a successful trial and an abundance of financial resources to complete the case to your benefits. The talent, or team of talent and experience, must have a track record of accomplishment and integrity that you personally TRUST.
