On 2/25/2022, I found this home listed by Dana, which says "open house 9-5 2/25" in the description. I was so excited when I found this home, because of how unprofessional the photo was and I thought other people probably wouldn't see the beauty through it by looking at those ugly photos (YES, look at the photos for 7121 Maple Point Dr yourself, you can never find photos taken worse than this for a 500k+ home in this market. They are so unprofessional that there no light and the photo is not even leveled). I took a leave from work in the afternoon just to get to the open house by 5pm. The moment I arrive there are another group of people there. The buyer's agent in the group told me this is a private showing and there is no open house. I showed her Zillow and we both saw it says it's open house happening right now. Then she said she can't let me in but can call the listing agent (Dana) to ask. Dana said he can be there at 5pm to show us the home (It was 4:35pm the conversation happens). We went back to our car and waited and waited in that freezing cold in Wisconsin winter. At 5:15pm, the buyer's agent comes out and tell us that the listing agent (Dana) has something come up and cannot come. What????? We waited in the cold because 1) You made a mistake in Zillow 2) You lied to us saying you will come 3) You don't even say a word when you decided you are not coming. I was pissed by Dana, and as a person who almost never review anything, I have to type this out. He lied to us and have us waiting in cold for such a long time w/o any apologize. He didn't even wanted to come why say so in the phone? Please avoid this unprofessional agent, or you will regret it.

None of the others helped me as much or was as enthusiastic as Dana. He sold my house on the first showing. I attribute the sale to the amount of help Dana gave me in prepping my home. He went through the entire property and told me exactly what needed attention. He came over with his tools and trimmed tree branches, got up on the roof and even fixed a few things around the house. He helped me find contractors to do painting and carpet installation. He helped me repair items listed from the home inspection. He even helped me move into my new home. I honestly hope I never have to move again, but if I do I'll stick with Dana as my realtor.
