Very nice place. Only about 1 year old so everything is great, fresh, and new. Decent breakfast and cookies at night!

This hotel is beautiful! As I've said in other reviews, I'm a very well traveled Air Force veteran…read moreand I've stayed at over 200 hotels across California, Texas, Arkansas, Florida, New York, North Carolina, Georgia.. and maybe 10 other states. For less than $100 a night, this hotel is literally a steal. I am an elite Marriott member and mainly stay there when I travel, so I was a little skeptic about this place, especially because it's on the cheaper side. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are as well. The rooms have huge TVs in them, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom shower is very nice but very tall and I couldn't quite find a balance between lukewarm and scalding hot. The windows are very big and there is a beautiful view, but the curtains don't close. The swimming pool looks nice and they have a fitness center. Literally the only "negative" thing I'd have to write is the website says pet friendly but they don't accept cats. I'd absolutely stay here again and I'd recommend this place

First, the good, it is a relatively new facility and the rooms are clean. Nice showers. That's…read morewhere it ends. Can't believe in this day and age that people still install teacup size toilets. The toilet is comically small and hardly usable. The front desk people are not well educated in customer service. A stickler for rule following! We asked for two clean wash cloths after our room not being cleaned for two days per policy and were told we had to bring the two dirty ones down to the desk first. This is disgusting to say the least. Someone dumped a bunch of Bucky nuggets in the driveway and they weren't cleaned up for two days. Looked like stale orange chicken from a Chinese restaurant. No smoking hotel but we smelled weed on the second floor. We asked for a late checkout and were told to call the morning of our departure about it. Denied after they lied about being full-they weren't, we checked. I kind of knew there would be trouble when it was demanded I get the license plate number off my vehicle when I parked there. This is the first time anyone has made me do that for quite some time. Usually make and model of the car is enough. Really sad as the place has potential, but breakfast is subpar, they give you hardly any soap, and the overall feeling is that they would do anything to save a nickel. Someone needs to conduct a customer service training here!

They have a no smoking policy which we abided by we did not smoke in our room. We went outside and smoked in the smoking area. To our surprise 2 days later we were charged $250 their reason was because they found an EMPTY cigar package in our trashcan. We tried to dispute but they would not listen to our complaint. They had no evidence. We will not stay there again. I do not recommend it to you either. Beware!!
