Lovely, helpful, pleasant front desk staff. But they still didn't have a shower bench…read more The room is clean, chilled, but muggy. Remote for TV was missing. Light over the sink mirror is out. Room is well outfitted. Plenty of lights and plugs. The desk is work friendly. All kinds of positives, but some issues. ADDENDUM This will look persnickety. Maybe it is. The linens are a polyester blend. That makes them hot in the summer and cold in the winter. And they pill, are then rough and scratch. I kept waking up drenched. But was intermittently cold. Legs were uncomfortable from rough sheets. Finally checked a tag. Will bring my own sheets next time. (From a sanitary perspective ..... I don't think polyester blends can be washed in temps as warm as pure cotton.) This may just be a personal issue for me. So I did not change the star rating. Another positive note -- sign at the desk not allowing birthday parties. So they keep the place quiet so working and traveling folks can do what they need to. Much appreciated that.

For less than $100 a night, this hotel is literally a steal. I am an elite Marriott member and mainly stay there when I travel, so I was a little skeptic about this place, especially because it's on the cheaper side. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are as well. The rooms have huge TVs in them, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom shower is very nice but very tall and I couldn't quite find a balance between lukewarm and scalding hot. The windows are very big and there is a beautiful view, but the curtains don't close. The swimming pool looks nice and they have a fitness center. Literally the only "negative" thing I'd have to write is the website says pet friendly but they don't accept cats. I'd absolutely stay here again and I'd recommend this place

The toilet is comically small and hardly usable. The front desk people are not well educated in customer service. A stickler for rule following! We asked for two clean wash cloths after our room not being cleaned for two days per policy and were told we had to bring the two dirty ones down to the desk first. This is disgusting to say the least. Someone dumped a bunch of Bucky nuggets in the driveway and they weren't cleaned up for two days. Looked like stale orange chicken from a Chinese restaurant. No smoking hotel but we smelled weed on the second floor. We asked for a late checkout and were told to call the morning of our departure about it. Denied after they lied about being full-they weren't, we checked. I kind of knew there would be trouble when it was demanded I get the license plate number off my vehicle when I parked there. This is the first time anyone has made me do that for quite some time. Usually make and model of the car is enough. Really sad as the place has potential, but breakfast is subpar, they give you hardly any soap, and the overall feeling is that they would do anything to save a nickel. Someone needs to conduct a customer service training here!
