One and only time I used credit card - it was compromised, in a next few days unauthorized transactions start appearing. Person in charge of BILLING has no clue how banking or accounting works, so if she can't "locate" payment patient made, she will demand you pay again even though you have proof of payment, just because it's easier than actually learning how to do her job. THIS PLACE IS A MESS! Stay away, there's plenty of doctors out there with professionally run practice.

The other 3 women, who I wish I could remember their names, in addition to Dr. Kim, afforded me kindness that I've never experienced during a doctor visit before.
