So much to do here! Lots of fun at every stop. At least 3 playgrounds, each with a unique theme (traditional, a shipwreck, etc). There is a fun"zip line" type ride that kids will want to ride over and over again. You land in sand so safe for every age to enjoy. Theres an area for imaginitive play and includes litte shelters with toys you can play with inside or in the sand. A giant jumping pad (could use some shade)! You can get right up close to all the animlas and even a fire truck. Fun tractor ride goes around the property. Plenty of Hay stacks for fun farm photo ops. The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Market where you can purchase delicious butter tarts and other hot foods available on site. Admission fee is steep but I guess consistent with other farms these days. read more

Visited today for "EasterFest" with my hubby and our three year old daughter and we had a great time. The farm was pretty busy but we went early and it didn't feel too overwhelming because there was lots of space for people to spread out. We decided to get our market goodies when we first arrived to avoid the rush when leaving (pro tip - if you go somewhere busy and there's no line for something you want to do, do it then lol ) Lots of fun hunting for specific eggs in the egg hunt and my little also enjoyed the toddler egg hunt as well. She really like being able to pick her own treat. Super well thought out and organized by the Brooks Farms folks - kudos! We devoured a pancake breakfast with hashbrowns, sausage and real maple syrup - yum! It was nice to warm up in the new barn/event space and my daughter enjoyed seeing the baby chickens and colouring her Easter sheets. We got an order of fries wnd gravy before we left and it was also very tasty. Definitely worth the drive from the GTA! We will for sure return again in the warmer months. read more

This is what a post apocalypse farm would look like. Nobody seems to be working there. We prepaid online for tickets but nobody was there at the gate. We could have just walked in for free. There's a bunch of sad animals to look at and a "hay ride" that leaves with no notice with an intercom for hearing interesting facts that wasn't used. If anyone working there cared even a little, this place would be so much better. Overall a disappointment. read more

We have been a long time brooks farm loving family. My daughters name is Brooke and she often referred to it as 'my farm' growing up. We'd spend the majority of the day here when we would come. She's 14 now so we no longer visit unless it's to visit the market. Or pick berries. The staff is so amazing. I was just there today for the holiday market, and driving thirty mins to get there I got my usual Tim hortons coffee on my way. Tim hortons made my coffee wrong, no surprise! And it put me in such a bitter mood. But of course Brooks farm was there to save the day when I asked for some sugar packets to fix my coffee! I will forever always recommend this amazing place for kids to be able to just be kids and run free and cannot wait to bring my grandbabies here in the future! read more

The kids really love it here, and I enjoyed it too, so we have returned multiple times. They offer a lot more entertaining experiences than most farms do, making it good value. I like their market and gift shop selection also. read more

Had a great time at Brook's Farm for Father's Day! Loved the walk, seeing all the animals, tractor wagon ride. Very impressive they have bounced back from their fire and seeing covid through. Oh and the donuts are excellent! The only disappointment was that as far as tractors and machine portion for Father's Day was very sparce. Ad made me think it would be very special. I could have taken my hysband to my family farm 10 mins east of there and seen more big tractors etc. Perhaps I was expecting too much, hence why have given 4 stars. read more

In the market for getting COVID? Head to Brooks farms. Absolutely no distancing, no sanitizing, outhouses were over flowing and the soap dispensers where out of soap. The place was packed! We aren't a super paranoid bunch but we had to leave this place very quickly after arriving as there seemed to be no regard to cleanliness or caution. read more

The good: Lots of activities for the little ones, including: - Two very large and very nice jumping pads (each one the size of a tennis court!) - Two types of tractor rides - Several short zip lines - Lots of food options (the chicken fingers and fries were pretty good, and so were the freshly made mini donuts and the hot chocolate made with real chocolate.) - Pig race! - Pumpkin cannon! The bad: - It's somewhat far from Toronto - about 45 minutes to an hour - There aren't enough shelters to keep warm and dry. The party room is reserved for private parties. The ugly: The smell! OMG the smell of the farm animals is some of the most offensive smell. The zoo smells like potpourri compared to this place. Their discourtesy is not worth the ticket's price. I have to admit that, as long as I wasn't in some issues with the family (personnel) at this farm, I closed my eyes to the problems. First of all, the ticket price is excessive for the return: the entertainment factor is sub-par, the facilities are improperly maintained, they haven't changed anything there in years, and the personnel (family members ?) are very impolite. The tickets are not even separated between age categories - this is important since the businesses is addressed mainly to the children, their parents and grandparents having close to nothing to do. And, mentioning the children, my problem with them is the exact lack of empathy and kindness towards them. After my last visit there I decided to never return. There are many other better farms in GTA, and many other entertainment places where, at least, the ticket payer is more respected. read more

This is a good site to take the kids to, and they can spend hours here, walking the corn maze, climbing haystacks, rolling down hills, playing on the playground equipment, going on a hayride, etc. The pumpkin cannons are fun to watch. The downside of this place is the price. Unlike most kids playgrounds, adults have to pay to get in here, so two adults, two kids comes to almost $50 when it should be closer to $20, in my opinion. You can buy a membership to cut down on the cost on multiple visits but for anyone taking a trip out of the city to get here, a membership just doesn't seem feasible. read more

Found Brooks Farm by chance on a drive around in the area-a hidden gem. I found them friendly, organized, clean and there was loads to do for the price. Used to paying a lot more when visiting other farms. Had fun zip lining and loved to bouncing pillow and I'm in my forties! Oh yeah, my four year old enjoyed it too. read more

Today my family and I visited Brooks Farm in Mount Albert, and for some it was fun, and others a big disappointment. Let's just get some things straight, this is not a place for teenagers, or as a matter of fact anyone above the age of eight. Trust me, taking my 14 and 12 year olds was a nightmare, however the five year old enjoyed it. When we got there was a really big disappointment, because the only reason we even went to this farm was to hold the baby chickens, but when we arrived they said and I quote, "We cant let anyone hold the chickens or the mothers will get upset." After driving for an hour we could all say we were a bit more than miffed. Other than that things we okay. However on their website things are far over advertised. This is a classic case of quantity over quality. There were many activities such as, a tiny water park, minor zip lining, and more. However all of the activities were dull and boring. It was nine dollars per person which I think was over priced considering the berry picking wasn't included. After holding the baby chicks, we were most excited for strawberry picking, but when we asked they said there was no strawberry picking going on today, so we settled on raspberries. That was 4 dollars per pound for the berries. The little one did have fun on the bounce pad and the minor petting of the bunnies and goats (who were both disappointingly in cages). All in all I would say this is a place to bring your 5 and unders, other than that Brooks Farm doesn't have much going for it. This isn't a petting zoo by any means, this place is a waste of time. read more

What a great place to bring the family!! They seem to add new things every year. We went to Maple Sugar fest in the spring when we first moved to Mount and were impressed with the layout, fun attractions, and friendly staff. We visited with the kids later in the summer to pick our own delicious berries, and the fall festival topped it off with pumpkin cannon shows and pig races. The owners seem like they truly enjoy what they do and have fun doing it. (Dancing around on stage singing Sue-Wee was hilarious!) Kids loved it and friends we have brought with us since love it too! Good on you guys keep on growing great stuff!! read more

It doesn't get any better than this for good clean wholesome fun for the entire family!! My daughter and I have been going to Brooks Farm for 3 years now. We love it!! Whether it's an entire afternoon or a quick visit we are never disappointed!! The staff are wonderful and a big part of the reason we keep coming back. The kids can play all day and parents can play too or sit under a shaded canopy just relaxing. It really is just an awesome place to take the family and who can put a price on that? read more

This place is great fun for families like ours, we have been a couple times and even enjoyed a behind the scene tour. Looking for some physical outdoor activity for your kids to burn off their energy? They have a huge air filled pillow for the entire family to jump on. Ziplines, bouncing ponies, pirate ship, farm animals, misting sprinklers, and shows. The Brooks family are farmers doing their best to produce good family fun with fresh food that they authentically produce right there, you can't get any closer to the farm than this. read more

We took our 2.5 year old here midweek and were disappointed. This place is a bit run down and could use some upkeep.The play stations were a bit tired and toys were strewn around, animal pens needed some maintenance (the pigs didn't appear to have access to water), food trucks were closed and what we assume was the owner's garage was open to the kids area and a total eyesore not to mention a hazard. The staff were pleasant and our daughter enjoyed running around but I don't think we'll be back. read more

We've had memberships to Brooks farms 3 years running now & will be doing the same again this year, we love it! There is so much for busy kids to do. The fall is probably the best time to go but we visit in the summer too when they're open during the week. We love that every year they add something new & are looking forward to trying the maple syrup festival & Easter egg hunt this year. My favorite things have to be the chip truck & the farmers market though!! read more
