Extremely rude and unpleasant attitude to potential clients!
I have a voucher for a complimentary regrowth color. Voucher expires 31/12/16. I rang and spoke to Judy (the owner) few months ago, and she said she no longer honor those vouchers.
A friend of mine recently mentioned that she did go and had it done. So I rang again today to try to book. Judy said she is booked out for that service till January. I said that voucher is valid till end of December. To which Judy very annoyingly informed me that I should have booked in earlier. How? If when I wanted to book before she said she doesn't honor them...I politely mentioned that, and she told me that she is not going to WASTE anymore time on me and hang up. How rude and unprofessional! Same thing could have been explained politely, that she is no longer able to afford free treatment ...But not like that, without any respect and plain rude . I could've been a potential new client, maybe done a blow dry or trim ...but the attitude kills it all, no matter how professional she might be as a hairdresser yet social skills are totally missing. read more
