The park has basketball hoops, volleyball court, and a wonderful playground. My kids love this park. The city has literally 7+ parks, if I am seeing this map right. But what sets this one apart from the others? Space. This park is relatively bigger than a standard park. It has basketball courts, a volleyball sand pit area, a playground, a gazebo for parties and openness. I didn't spend a whole lot of time here, but I enjoyed every second of it. The leaves were changing colors, the weather was just right. It was a nice visit. I just enjoy the openness of this park. If you find yourself in Bloomington, there are quiet a few nice parks to visit. McGraw Park and Holiday Park are two you should definitely check out, if you have kids and they love parks... or if you are a kid at heart like myself.

Bloomington has a ton of parks and this one is on the nicer side of them. Opened up in 2012, this park is still in really great shape and it is nestled in a great community/sub-division. The park offers your typical playground, easy access to 'Gaelic Lake', walking paths that are relaxing to traverse and a nearby soccer field. The path/bridge over to Gaelic Lake really helps elevate the niceness of the park and helps amplify the peacefulness. If you catch yourself in Bloomington and want to spend a nice day at a quite park, Gaelic is sure to fulfill that. Small playground but a huge walking area, so if you need some alone time, you can go wander while the kids play on the playground.

It's got a wide open space for soccer, football, and other field events. It has 3 half court basketball courts, a small baseball/t-ball field, and a playground. The playground is pretty large with one area for smaller kids and another area for bigger kids. In the middle of all of this is a winding stream with a grasslands area and a beautiful bridge between the lake and the stream.

My dad and I came here during a day of exploring and was greeted with a nice park. It has your typical playground and spacious grounds. But this one has a pretty nice tennis court. So if you get the urge to play, there is a place to play in Blo-No area. I really don't remember much about this park aside from the cool tennis courts. Definitely one to check out if you are park exploring!

At the west end of the trail is a Japanese garden. This is a great spot to stop and enjoy a peaceful moment. There is parking in a nearby neighborhood. My husband and I enjoyed our time there and recommend the Constitution Trail.

They were wrong. This place is clean and the views are amazing. We stayed on loop P right off the lake and it was phenomenal. Not buggy at all, the shower houses were clean, and everyone was very respectful. There is a camp store with rentals and food. Ice is cheap and they will fill up water jugs for you. LeRoy is 6 minutes away and they have an IGA there. The Legion in LeRoy has a camper buffet breakfast on Sunday at a discount rate. All for $20 a night - We plan to stay again soon!

Hands down the best dog park we have ever visited. Very…read morespacious, full of trees, clean, and has two separate, fenced areas (one for the bigger dogs and a smaller area for the little ones). Also, doggie bags are provided and there is a water fountain for the pups. Being here you can forget that you're at a dogpark and walk around between the trees, enjoying nature. The only downfall is that the fence is old and since my dog is an escape artist he can get through both gates and into the parking lot. I like to think that I trained him not to do that anymore, but in reality he's probably just having so much fun with the other dogs that he forgets that escaping is still an option. We frequent this park multiple times a week and love it! The dogs are friendly and the owners are responsible.

This is such a cute dog park!…read more We are in the area visiting family and brought our Boston Terrier along. There weren't any other dogs there when we stopped by (during the day on a weekday) so we let him run free in the large dog area. The large dog section is huge compared to the dog park we go to back home. Love the trees and picnic tables. We will be back whenever we are in the area.
