Original contract I clearly stated to her I want to give the buyer agent 3.5% commission to the agent that brings the buyer. We had great offers on the table at asking price or even above and they started dropping like flies and I wasn't sure why. It turns out through Diane's admission she was trying to negotiate the commission to give only the buyer's agent 0.5% commission and for her and her broker firm 3%. So to stop this unethical practice we redid the contract at a 2% and a 2%. Just to find out today she has our home listed for an open house but she also has another home visits at the open house at the same time. She is not at our open house at all. She very dishonest and deceptive person. I highly regret hiring her. Also Premier Homes contract DOES NOT HAVE A CANCELLATION CLAUSE. BE CAREFUL OF THIS YOU ALWAYS WANT TO HAVE A CANCELLATION CAUSE IN THE EVENT IF YOU'RE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR AGENT. They are not releasing us from our contract and we'll probably have to wait it out. We fully intend to file complaints with the National association of Realtors and also the Realtors commission as well.

Had two showings this past Sunday and her agent left without locking my door. Pretty horrible, right? Well, the story gets worse. I called the owner on Monday and left a detailed message with someone at the office saying I needed a return call, giving a few details. No return call. Called again today and spoke to the owner. She basically called me a liar and said the agent would never have done that - it must have been someone else. I was livid. She argued with me and made excuses. Never apologized, just told me it wasn't him. Mind you, he admitted it to my agent. I was livid, told her her attitude was reprehensible and hung up. Appalling customer service.
