My sons have been coming here for more than 2 years and I have to say that all the teachers here are wonderful and knowledgeable and they all care about improving my sons piano and violin levels. The front desk workers are super nice and amazing. They have to juggle so many change in schedules for so many families, it's impressive. They are straightforward and would call me for reminders on one off events. If anyone thinks they are cold, it's only because they have so much to do and a million calls saying their kids are sick. It doesn't mean they don't care. The school does everything they can to help make it work. We also purchased their violins and it has been working great. Any violin repairs, they would be able to do it here as well. I would recommend parents bringing their kids here. read more

This is the best music house in my neighborhood. All my kids have been learning piano and drum from here. The teachers are professional and patient. The staff is friendly and responsible. In addition, They are plenty of good insurances for sale. read more

Condescending people who serve the front desk. I called out sick for my son. No empathy or sympathy, instead asked that we call out earlier next time. We asked to have eight classes instead of ten because they moved the starting time of the group sessions down by three weeks without confirming if it was okay with us. Front desk asked if we had manager approval for this. Well you screwed with my timing, so it only makes sense since now we can't do the full ten sessions due to the timeframe. Very cold group room. Not very organized group music class for toddlers and babies. The only good point is that it's cheap at 18 dollars a class, but I might as well put on Little Baby Bum and sing to my child. I do not recommend. Better to go to CantaEspanol in Gumbo (downtown brooklyn) than here. read more

This music school has a lot of teachers to choose from. There are two locations to choose from. They allowed us to sit inside the room to observe the class. They have a lot of music instruments, books and art items for sale. The receptionist was also nice and the waiting room has tv and books to entertain the parents who are waiting. Very clean place. No complaints. I would recommend other families to bring their children here. read more
