When i first brought them work i was very happy, i recommended them often, and was in there pretty regularly. I felt their charges and diagnosis was good, I spoke with Cliff, an owner, and felt like a good small town garage, one of the few left. But i must say over the past year, maybe 18 months, I've had 2 issues, one after the other, that turned into an absolute nightmare with them. I felt like i was way overcharged, not once but a couple times. I paid unbelievable amounts (at this time unbelievable), because I kind of had no choice, and i was so tired of the time it was taking them, weeks and weeks. like 5. Then got a 10% discount after my vehicle sat there 5 weeks, me calling every other day. It was like a joke, I'd ask when they thought it could be done, she's say, "Day after tomorrow he hopes to get it in and looked at". They knew i had another vehicle, and it wouldn't have been bad except they totally hosed me at the end with the bill. SO i had no choice but to pay the bill and drive away. And since, i asked for an aprox. price for something small i wanted done, and the amount for the simplicity of the work, just added insult to injury. They do pretty good work, I think, which is the one thing i do have to say, and usually if it's just a remove and replace, inspect etc... they're good with appointments. So i can't say anything really bad, it's just how I feel and I think i'm more than fair, but i also will say i'm not as sure or happy with ABE the past year or so. I may continue to bring in my vehicles, probably for inspections or oil change, but i'm looking for a different place.

My dad takes his car here so I dedided to check it out. Like some garages, they will over charge you and take advantage of your lack of knowledge these guys never have. I took my car there yesterday to get a tune up and make sure everything was in working order. They looked it over and said the car is in good shape. They didn't even charge me! I have a lot of respect for the guys that work here and I trust them. Don't let the location intimidate you either its worth it to take your car here.

Larry and Mike (and rest of staff) are down to earth guys, they are honest, they do not take advantage of you, and listen to you when you want to prioritize what you want to have fixed. The first car I brought to them ended up needing a lot of work done to it. They told me the price right up front, told me what could be fixed now and what could wait a month/couple months before it needed to be done. The second car I brought to them (after the old one just because so expensive) was a used car my father purchased for me. After a few great months of using it, when I went to have brakes changed, they were honest and told me the frame of the car was rusting and it wouldn't pass inspection in a few months. Not what you want to hear but they didn't have to tell me the truth! The most current car I have brought there (went certified used this time around) I brought right after I left the garage with the second car. The only thing this one has needed is oil changes. I highly recommend this automotive center for all your repair , towing , and fuel needs. To be specific, I was quoted 2 different prices by nationwide chains located in my area , but neither could provide the needed tow service and one couldn't even do the work for another day or two. AAA dispatched Number One , and there truck arrived within minutes and the driver called in the replacement alternator. Upon arrival at the shop , the staff immediately began working on my suv and had me ready to go in a flash. They beat the one chain store in price by $300 , and another by $60 ( but that one I would've had to buy the part at one location and bring it to their repair shop). I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout the process that my car was being worked on by competent mechanics doing quality work at a competitive price. This outfit has earned a 5 star rating and my long term business. I will not hesitate to refer all my associates to them.

He got my bug up on the flatbed and we drove 13 miles to the service station. Bug came off the flatbed and away he went. Very nice and took good care of getting my car on the flatbed. I'm not mad mistakes happen, it's how you handle mistakes that show who you really are. Sacks is terrible with customer service and Donna needs a lesson in patience and kindness especially around the holidays. When contacting AAA I'd advise you request another tow company.
