The only downside is that it's a local bank with locations only in the Greater Boston and Northshore area. This location has a drive up window so you don't even need to leave the comfort of your car. I actually pulled into the Burlington branch on a Friday afternoon and was sitting in my car making out a deposit slip. The branch manager noticed me and came out and ask if he could help me and made sure I knew they were closing up. He offered to stay open long enough to handle my transaction for me. I told him I would come back the next day but he insisted on staying open to process my transaction. Other banks have told to come back the next day 5 min BEFORE closing. Century Banks Customer Service is outstanding.

On this particular trip, I had the pleasure of speaking with Senior Banker Elnur. She was very personable, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. This particular visit was to close a tenant account. Elnur handled this transaction with ease. Elnur when the extra mile as I requested two copies of all the documents rather than just one. My experience with her was fabulous as she was extremely professional and deserves the title of Senior Banker. Once Elner was done with the documents, we were advised to go to the teller window to receive the monies. This also went extremely well as we deposited sum into an account and received the certified check made out to the former tenant at no charge.
