I wasn't informed that when I came in inquiring about services. I was told (by a woman) to come in and she can get the job done. Unfortunately when I returned, she was booked and they didn't understand why she told me that. I drove a half hour to come. They did find someone to do an undercut, however he was unable to do any designs (he didn't know how I suppose) which is why we went. I will be returning, after making an appointment, and give them a second chance to redeem.

As other reviews stated, Ron greeted us like we had been there a million times - very friendly and kind. He helped the previous client up out of the chair, brushed him off and helped him put on his jacket! I knew I came to the right place for my Dad. As Dad got trimmed, Ron put on Herb Albert's Tijuana Brass Whipped Cream album (which was for sale along with a bunch of other stuff). Dad got a great cut and I bought some fun stuff for a buddy's rec Room! Win win.

I go just for the laughs... Lee is the owner and his " side kick" Ray just feed off each other and throw shade. Absolutely hilarious, months ago they actually came to the hospital to cut my son's hair after an accident he was in., a fade is a fade I'm told.. Clean family fun and hilarious i May add. Recently Ray started cutting my son's little boys hair.... months of screaming has ended in a love hate relationship with Ray. It's not " are we there yet" it's " are we done yet" The best part..... they have a liquor license, so you can enjoy a cold beer while waiting..... I've been coming here every month for years and wouldn't switch. When I first moved near Brooklyn, next to Ridge Park Square, I tried a few other barbershops, but none of them compare. Best value and always a great haircut. My hair grows in every direction and is hard to tame--from the sideburns to the flat back--but Willy gets it right every single time. Even when Willy isn't available, Kevin, Philipe, and the other barbers always do an amazing job. It's a great vibe in there. Great music, lots of laughs, and it really feels like family in there. When I share the recommendation I tell them it's more of an experience than just a hair cut. Call for an appointment and he will get you in at a time and day that work for both of your schedules. You will be welcomed into his properly appointed establishment with a smile and he will most likely be finishing up with his previous client. Just take a seat and chill or stroll around and take a gander at his art and taxidermy. Once he finishes with the previous client, you can take a seat in his chair while he handles payment and scheduling with them. Ryan will ask you what you want and set your expectations accordingly. You can get a cut or shave or beard trim or a combination of the bunch. I'll admit the prices are most likely more than you're used to, but I promise that the experience and the results will be worth it. He's got a lifelong customer here and I have a feeling you will end up being one too.
