Liz is AMAZING! She's helping me transition my super dark, almost black hair to a lighter dimensional brown. After my first session, I'm so pleased. She's very knowledgeable and did a great job. I left SO happy with my hair, which is a first for me. It was more expensive than my previous salons, but definitely worth it in my opinion for the service and outcome. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly and kind.

Thank you Colin for everything and I'm sorry such mean and hateful people are out there.

So I made an appointment for my boyfriend to get a haircut and he has long hair. In the appointment notes I noted for the appointment to be made with someone who is familiar with cutting long hair. The person who cut his hair didn't know what layering was and obviously was not familiar with cutting long hair. While cutting they were ripping his hair out. Although the vibe was nice, he was really upset with the barber and the haircut he received.

It's a member only place so I say I live in Florida & will only be here for a month. They ask me will you need another haircut before you leave and I said yes. They have been billing me 75.00 for a year & a half. So I paid 2,175 dollars for those 2 haircuts. Bad on me for not checking the credit card bill.
