The staff is very kind but overworked to the point of not having time to do simple tasks. Employe at the front desk as extremely friendly and helpful. Facility looks great from the outside and the main entry. Once you get to the inpatient wings you smell feces and urine in rooms and down the hallways. Interior rooms are unkept, furniture is stained and reeks of urine. We had to remove my loved one due to lack of medical care on day 2.
