I had to find placement for my grandmother, she had been living at home and was unable to return…read more The admission staff had been very helpful and understanding during a time I was very emotional. I requested information regarding the bad reviews I had read online. As I work in elder care in another state, I always say to look up the community, but also to ask the community about the reviews. They had been completely up front and honest with me. They are under new management and doing big steps to make changes and it shows. The nursing managers and staff have been wonderful, very understanding about me not being close by and getting updates to me as we figure out the best way to care for her now that she is no longer able to be home. One of the CNA's got my grandmother a christmas gift and when I spoke to my grandmother on the phone that evening, she was so happy about getting the gift. I know the struggle of needy family members; I am one of those family members. The staff at this facility have done nothing but supporting my grandmother and myself during this time. Along with my also very needy and sometimes overwhelming family. We love her very much and could not be happier. As she has only been in the community for a short time, unless something changes in a big way I do not see us being unhappy with this community. But I fully believe in honest reviews so if that does change, I will update with a new review. I cannot thank them enough during this time for caring for her when I am unable to be by her side. Always look up and gather information. Ask for clarification. Be understanding, the medical field is never perfect. Thank you for reading my review. I hope it helps you with making the choice for your loved one.

The office is so well designed and is located in a very accessible office complex, with plenty of parking. Everyone on the staff was impressive, and they answered questions before I could even ask! In early 2020 I had a consultation with "endodontic specialist of La Crosse." They told me how much…read moreit would cost to have my work done. ($2000) Six months later I made the appointment and showed up for the work to be done on my teeth, and by then the price had risen to nearly $3000 That's almost 50% in a few months. I asked if they would honor the quote they had given me previously. Of course, they would not. So I politely, but firmly communicated my disappointment that they had raised the price so much in such a short amount of time. I was told to leave and don't come back, because I expressed my opinion on their priceing policies. Later, when I got home, I started thinking maybe the price increase was due to possible pandemic price gouging. Now, five years later, I've been referred to them again, and they still will not see me. So if you want to deal with some arrogant pricks, that feel they are above criticism, this is the place for you. This is what you get, when a business has a monopoly in an area. It's a small town.
